Your SamCart Price Guide – How Much Does SamCart Cost?

Not all plans are right for everyone, so take a look through our guide below so you will know exactly which one suits you best.

Here is a detailed breakdown of the feature list included in each plan to help you make an informed decision.

So, how much does SamCart cost? Here’s a review, plan by plan:

1. SamCart Launch Plan

The SamCart Launch Plan costs $54 per month, but you can bring it down to $49 per month with annual billing.

This plan has all the features for building a highly converting shopping cart page as well as a landing page.

The Launch plan doesn’t have too many restrictions on building the checkout experience, and I would say that SamCart is pretty generous with this plan.

A perk of using SamCart is that you don’t have to pay any additional processing fees, unlike other popular platforms out there. Alternatives like Shopify will charge you an additional fee for their entry-level plans.

You get access to all the templates for building your own customized shopping cart in this pricing tier. Simply put, you get access to the shopping cart pages that have been tested to convert at the highest rate.

With this plan, you also get to customize automated emails sent to the customer during their transaction journey.

The platform also automatically informs your customers through emails whenever certain events happen such as refunds, subscription cancellations, or new orders.

Fortunately, there is no need to use a SamCart subdomain with any of the pricing plans. You can use your own custom domain with your shopping cart on the Launch plan. This will not only look more professional to your customers but also adds more credibility to your brand.

The Launch plan also comes with some advanced checkout features such as the pay what you want the feature. This feature allows your audience to pay as much as they want. If this is something that works in your space, you should take advantage of this feature.

This plan also allows you to provide coupons and discounts to your customers, which is a much-needed feature for a lot of users. Many SamCart alternatives do not offer this on their entry-level plan.

Limitations — Launch Plan

There are certain limitations that are to be expected since this is an entry-level plan.

  • The custom checkout field option isn’t available
  • Checkout URLs will have Sam/Cart branding

Unfortunately, this also means that you won’t get any extra information from your customers and will have to get by the information given on the default checkout pages. If you want extra customer information, you will have to upgrade to the SamCart Growth plan.

SamCart Courses Platform

SamCart offers a courses platform. It was launched in 2021 and this platform provides everything needed for creating and selling your courses.

The entry-level Launch plan allows you to create an unlimited number of courses with an unlimited number of students.

Other features include drip content functionality, auto-enroll technology, sales page templates, quizzes, cross-selling, and unlimited downloads for subscribers.

There are many competing platforms that offer these features only to the highest tier subscribers.

Take the example of Kajabi, which provides full course feature access only to the highest tier subscribers. The highest Kajabi tier costs $399 per month. So that just goes to show that you’re getting a great deal here with SamCart if you need to use their courses feature.

It’s a surprise to see SamCart offer all these features with its entry-level plan.

With the Launch plan, you get to have free and paid trials. If you want to upsell and offer a variety of payment options to your subscribers, you will need to pay for the Growth plan.

The Launch plan provides a standard sales report. If you need more advanced customer reporting, then you will need to upgrade to the next plan up.

Also, the Launch plan restricts the number of admin users to just one. If you need to have multiple users, you will either have to share an account or upgrade to higher plans.

This basic tier also includes standard integrations with various membership/email software and Zapier.

In terms of customer support, your email support queries will have a two-day turnaround time whereas the Pro plan has a turnaround time of one day.

2. SamCart Growth Plan

The SamCart Growth Plan will cost you $114 a month, but you can reduce the pricing to just $99 a month with annual billing.

This plan packs in a lot of features such as trial offers, payment plans, and one-click upsells.

Needless to say, these features are essential for increasing conversions.

This pricing tier is completely white-labeled with no SamCart branding at any level. Custom fields can also be added to the checkout page which allows you to collect a lot of extra information from your customers.

This plan provides access to more advanced reporting functionality. The traffic report allows you to see the emails, blog posts, and advertisements that are bringing in leads.

In terms of admin user accounts, you get a total of three admin user accounts.

Customer support also gets better with this pricing tier as the response time is reduced to just one day instead of the three days that you get with the Launch plan.

Since the Launch plan includes everything you need for building courses, there are no additional upgrades you get with this tier.

3. SamCart Scale Plan

The SamCart Scale Plan will cost you $324 per month, but you can reduce the cost to just $292 a month with annual billing.

Scale packs in a lot of key features that can considerably increase your revenue.

This tier includes a lot of special features. One example is the subscription saver feature. This feature automatically helps in salvaging failed user payments.

People are always getting new credit cards and canceling old ones. The problem is that they don’t update the providers. Sometimes, network issues also lead to failed payments.

The subscription saver feature helps in saving these subscriptions with email outreach. The process is completely automated.

the cart abandonment feature is another critical feature included in this pricing tear. With this feature, you can get in touch with a prospective lead who started the process of ordering your product but did not complete the sale. In short, they abandoned the cart which is a big problem in the e-commerce industry.

With this feature, you can get in touch with that lead over phone, messenger, live chat, text, or email. If you are able to convert them, it might make a huge difference to your year-end sales figures.

This plan also includes A/B testing, which is always good to help you further optimize landing pages.

You also get access to the affiliate management center as well as in-depth training support which is more personalized.

One main feature that makes it worth the huge increase in monthly subscription fees is the affiliate center feature. It allows you to use an affiliate network to promote your business.

Affiliates have the ability to significantly grow your business. You wouldn’t have any problem finding motivated affiliate partners if you give them a good payout commission.

Self cancellation is also included in this pricing tier. With this feature, your customers can manage or cancel their own subscriptions. Allowing your customers to manage their subscriptions saves your time as well as financial expenses.

Click here to read our SamCart review which covers these advanced features in detail.

This pricing tier also allows access to onboard training where a SamCart specialist guides you and covers all the features of the SamCart platform.

In terms of customer support, you get same-day responses. Custom integrations are also available in this plan.
