SPOILER ALERT: Builderall promises to offer more for less.

 It does.

However: Does that mean it will help your online business make more sales than Kartra?

Keep reading my comparison to find out.

Kartra vs BuilderAll: Summary

While Kartra and BuilderAll, have a similar set of features, Kartra is the more robust software overall, despite the higher cost. The main reasons include better templates, more comprehensive marketing automation features, and DFY campaigns built by internet marketing pioneers like Frank Kern.

BuilderAll vs Kartra Overview

Here are the main differences between Kartra and BuilderAll:

  • BuilderAll is more affordable than Kartra
  • BuilderAll has a Chatbot builder, Kartra doesn’t
  • BuilderAll has a webinar and streaming feature, while Kartra doesn’t
  • BuilderAll is more popular with affiliates since the program is almost an MLM scheme
  • Kartra has a behavior-adaptive marketing which can considerably boost conversion rates with a more targeted message
  • Kartra has better email marketing tools for automation, and more triggers
  • Kartra has a help desk that you can connect to all your pages, BuilderAll doesn’t

Our Pick

Our pick: Kartra doesn’t only give you access to all the tools you need to run an online business. But it also comes with SUPER-comprehensive marketing automation features to help average business owners like you and me create a marketing machine that’s working on 24/7 auto-pilot.

Now let’s get into the features and benefits of each of these marketing software features.

We’ll start with BuilderAll and give you a walkthrough of everything it has to offer. Then we’ll delve into Kartra and pick apart the features so you can have a thorough comparison of the two platforms.

What Is BuilderAll?

BuilderAll homepage

BuilderAll started in 2011, but the company behind the tool was founded in 2008 by Brazillian Entrepreneur Erick Salgado. BuilderAll is commonly known as a “cheap ClickFunnels alternative” in internet marketing communities despite it being around for longer.

However, more recently, they have started setting themselves apart from the competition with more features such as their chatbots, streaming tools, or video hosting (BuilderAll 3.0).

Besides that, BuilderAll is also VERY-Known for its affiliate program. When you refer customers, you get paid too. That’s not to say that Kartra doesn’t have an affiliate program – they do, in fact, one of the best in the industry, but we’ll discuss that in more detail later.

Who Is BuilderAll For?

BuilderAll targets online businesses, entrepreneurs, internet marketers, and affiliate marketers looking for an affordable all-in-one tool.

Unlike some of its competitors, it doesn’t have a problem with not charging hundreds of dollars for a large set of features.

Instead, BuilderAll focuses on being affordable, which also makes it quite popular with beginners.

BuilderAll Pros

  • It’s very affordable
  • Builderall has a great set of robust features
  • The tool evolves quickly
  • It integrates with WordPress, which is excellent for bloggers
  • It has a Chatbot builder to help you engage customers

BuilderAll Cons

  • BuilderAll support isn’t very good
  • The builder feels clunky at times
  • I don’t like the feel of the templates compared to Kartra
  • The majority of users are affiliates, which questions how much value there is inside
  • It doesn’t have as many features as Kartra

What Is Kartra?

Kartra homepage

Compared to BuilderAll, Kartra is that new kid in school who’s killing it in all the sports games. In this case, I’m talking about internet marketing features here – several of them absolutely kick butt!

Kartra only launched in 2018 but already has one of the most impressive lists of features on the market.

This isn’t a surprise: The people behind this thing, a company, named Genesis Digital, is a well-known player in the internet marketing space.

They’ve also developed software for similar target audiences like EverWebinar, and WebinarJam – which you may have heard of.

Who Is Kartra For?

Like BuilderAll, Kartra is for online businesses, entrepreneurs, internet marketers, and info-product vendors who want to market their business online.

But while BuilderAll focuses on doing everything as affordable as possible, Kartra targets those who want to grow their business to the highest possible point.

It does this very effectively by putting more effort into the marketing automation side of things.

I’ll go into more details on all this in just a few minutes, bear with me 🙂

Kartra Pros

  • Kartra has some of the best marketing automation features to help you generate more sales
  • It has a help desk feature to help you provide the best support to your customers
  • Kartra has some of the best campaigns and high-converting sales funnels templates in the entire industry
  • Behavior-adaptive marketing on the pages will help you match your message to the visitors’ interests
  • You get all features on every plan
  • It has a calendar tool that will help you set appointments, generate leads, and close deals
  • Kartra comes with detailed analytics and a better CRM lead management system

Kartra Cons

  • It is more expensive than BuilderAll
  • It doesn’t have a webinar feature
  • The builder can feel clunky at times too

BuilderAll Features

Now I’m gonna walk you through BuilderAll’s list of features so you will know exactly what you’re getting for your money.

Cheetah Website Builder

BuilderAll has always had its cheetah website builder. I think the name’s supposed to give you the impression that you can build things super-fast using their page builder.

The builder itself is pretty basic but has a good selection of elements that you can choose from.

Some of the elements include:

  • Opt-in form
  • SEO text & (h1, h2, h3, etc. + body text)
  • Scarcity timers
  • Images/Videos

When using it, I was satisfied. There wasn’t anything to complain about, apart from the odd lag – and it did the same stuff most other competitors do for about half the price, not bad.

Overall, I think this is BuilderAll’s strongest feature.

Cheetah builder

The templates were one of the areas that I wasn’t too impressed with.

The reason?

I just really do get a slight “cheap version of ClickFunnels” vibe from them – but that may just be me.

BuilderAll also seems very internet marketing-focused, and I can’t really imagine a business outside of this industry using the templates.

But, I’ll let you form your own opinion:

BuilderAll templates

Cheetah Funnel Builder

This is a visual sales funnel builder where you can visualize your entire campaign’s emails, pages, etc. – It’s comparable to Funnelytics, but it’s still pretty useful, and I think many marketers would love using this.

Email Marketing Platform

BuilderAll’s email marketing software, called MailingBoss, is not too bad either.

It’s pretty basic compared to most other autoresponders (including Kartra). However, you can still build automation sequences and send newsletters, so there isn’t much to complain about – especially considering the price point of Builderall.

If you were expecting some serious bells and whistles in the automation triggers – I’m afraid this will be a disappointment.

The triggers are very limited (especially compared to Kartra, as we’ll see later):

  • Link click
  • Did not click
  • Campaign open
  • Did not open
  • User subscribed
  • User unsubscribed

The good news is that Kartra does do this much better, as you’ll see in a few minutes in this article.

But if you are looking for a basic autoresponder, BuilderAll’s MailingBoss does the job.

Video Hosting

One thing that I love about most funnel-builders nowadays is that they come with video hosting for your sales pages, membership sites, or wherever you want to use them.

BuilderAll chose to follow this trend – a BIG plus – especially if you’re going to sell online courses.

However, I would love to see a few more tagging options here, though, as they are limited.

That being said, you can add CTAs and text to your videos, which could help conversions.

Blogging Apps + WordPress Integration

Builderall has a blogging app and also directly integrates with WordPress.

I would still not personally use BuilderAll for blog pages simply because you can’t get all your WordPress store plugins to work with it.

The pages you integrate with WordPress are still built and hosted in BuilderAll. Because of this they might be slow, and you can’t make changes to them, apart from the ones that BuilderAll offers.

If you want to, you can use BuilderAll for your landing pages or sales pages that don’t necessarily need to rank well organically in the SERPS.

BuilderAll also has a pretty decent checkout tool, which includes:

  • Order bumps
  • Auction Checkout
  • One-click upsells
  • Two-step checkouts

Again, this is impressive, especially considering the price point.

BuilderAll Affiliate Management

Using Builderall, you can also create affiliate programs:

  • Create a tier-1 and 2 affiliate program
  • The single sale or per recurring affiliate programs

BuilderAll has a unique selling point (USP) that many other competitors don’t have: Chatbots.

The not-so-good news for BuilderAll is that there are alternatives like ManyChat, which do this for only around $10 per month, so this extra feature is unlikely to be a deal breaker for you. Still, it’s a nice feature to have.

However, BuilderAll also has some pre-built funnels, which may make their USP look a little more appealing.

On the highest Builderall plan, it comes with pre-built funnels for different types of businesses and offers. Still, I don’t think it’s going to be a reason to go for Builderall – then again, that’s just my option.

Webinar and Streaming Tool

These are two separate tools, but BuilderAll comes with both a webinar and a streaming tool.

The streaming tool was something that I was pretty impressed with, even though it’s a minor add-on feature.

You can stream to places like Facebook, YouTube, or Twitch from your BuilderAll account, which will make life easier for you.

I know there are endless 3rd party tools that do this, but I still thought it was pretty cool.

BuilderAll Affiliate Program

BuilderAll’s affiliate program is one of the most lucrative out there. You refer customers who, in turn, refer more customers. And you get paid on all those who sign up under you, similar to an MLM. Since this model is very borderline MLM, it attracts a lot of affiliates to use and promote the software.

Is that a bad thing?

Not really, especially if you want to become an affiliate itself and make money with BuilderAll.

However, some might view this negatively because it shows that many users aren’t there for the software – but the affiliate program. But, again, I’ll let you have your own opinion on this.

What BuilderAll Has That Kartra Doesn’t

Here are the features you get with BuilderAll, but not with Kartra:

  • Chatbots
  • Visual funnel builder
  • Better affiliate program
  • WordPress integration (kind of)
  • Auction checkouts
  • Webinars and streaming

While this list of features is nice, most of them are very easy to get elsewhere for not too much money, even if you decide to go for Kartra:

  • Chatbots? Just add ManyChat for an additional $10 per month.
  • WordPress integration? Kartra’s kind of got it (more on this later)
  • Webinars and streaming? Use EverWebinar, StreamYard, or WebinarJam starting from an additional $42 per month

So, it’s not that big of a deal for most businesses out there.

Kartra Features

As you have seen, BuilderAll has set the standard pretty high with their list of features. Let’s look at how Kartra compares.

In my opinion, Kartra is one of the most complete all-in-one platform out there for online marketers, and I think you will soon see what I mean.

Kartra Core Feature: Page Builder and Templates

Kartra’s core feature is its page builder and the templates that come with it. It’s user-friendly and lets you build pretty much any type of page you can think of, and the templates back this up.

Whether it’s a full navigation website or just a squeeze page – Kartra has at least ten templates for every step of your business. The pages are fully customizable, but it uses a block system only to drop elements into a box.

It also comes with all the standard elements like:

  • Opt-in forms
  • Count-down timers
  • Pop-ups
  • Images/Videos

Something unique (and very cool) about Kartra is that it lets you match your Kartra pages to your visitors’ previous behavior.

For example, if they have expressed interest in a certain product (through clicks, scrolls, etc.), you can make your future pages automatically adapt to that. Pretty cool..?

Damn right!

And it’s not just “a cool feature” – it can actually give you a HUGE boost in conversions too.

Embed Your Pages – Anywhere

One thing that I love about Kartra is the ability to embed your pages anywhere.

Using an HTML code that you simply copy and paste. I love that your pages aren’t stuck inside Kartra, and this also counters the WordPress integration that BuilderAll has… So it’s a pretty sweet feature.

If you already have a blog set up on WordPress then you don’t have to worry about trying to also rank additional Kartra pages. Simply embed your Kartra page into one of your WordPress page and rank that page as you would do any other WordPress page on your site.

Kartra, just like Builderall, has some advanced checkouts, including:

  • Order bumps
  • One-click upsells
  • Two-step checkouts

The only area where it misses out is the auction checkouts, but I have never really used them myself, so I can’t comment too much on this.

Membership Site Builder

The Kartra membership site builder is a dedicated platform as it has all the features it needs.

  • Drip feed content
  • Several access levels
  • Advanced analytics
  • Automated member management

Compared to most dedicated platforms, the only area where it loses is the design.

Kartra analytics

Email & SMS Automation

Now, this is the part where Kartra gets REALLY SWEET!

Remember where BuilderAll’s MailingBoss kind of disappointed us a little with the lack of triggers and marketing automation?

Yeah, Kartra Mail is the complete opposite!

There are triggers for things like:

  • When your visitors visit your page
  • If a lead has watched X% amount of your video
  • If your customer has requested a refund
  • If your customer is an active affiliate

Let me give you two really (and I mean really) cool examples:

Example 1: You have a service-based business and you’re building your email list. Months later, one of your leads visits your service pages, and you have a trigger to set up an email campaign if they visit this page to send out an email that offers a free consultation… Boom! Now you have a serious opportunity to close that deal.

Example 2: You’re selling an info product via a sales video (we’ll get to this feature in a few moments), and your lead watches the whole thing… But doesn’t buy. They are CLEARLY interested since they watched the whole video – but the cool thing is that you can have a trigger set up for this and tempt them again using a targeted email.

This is by far one of my favorite Kartra features.

And did I forget to mention, you can do this with SMS too?

There are so many ways you could use this as part of your marketing strategy, I’d actually find it hard to count them all. But I would definitely recommend thinking about all the ways you can use this feature in your online business to your increase sales.

Kartra mail feature

Pre-Built Campaigns & Funnels

As I’ve mentioned at the beginning of the article, the pre-built campaigns and funnels are head and shoulders above what you get anywhere else.

Why is this the case?

Because they’ve not been created by just anyone… You’ll have direct, FREE access to marketing campaigns built by internet marketing legends like Frank Kern.

Besides, you’ll also be able to access the marketplace where you can buy and sell marketing campaigns too.

So if you’re a marketing-savvy funnel wizard… This may be a pretty lucrative income opportunity for you.

Video Marketing

Kartra also lets you host your videos inside of the platform. Compared to BuilderAll, the tool is a little more advanced, and comes with more triggers that you can use to activate your autoresponder.

And you can also use CTAs and headlines in your videos too, which will give you another advantage over your competition.

Kartra video hosting feature

Affiliate Management

Just like BuilderAll, Kartra gives you a pretty advanced affiliate managed tool.

You can:

  • Create a tier-1 and 2 affiliate program
  • Create single sale or per recurring affiliate programs
  • Use instant payments with Paypal

But where Kartra sets itself apart is that it also lets you create CPA affiliate programs too.

MEANING: You can also pay affiliates for leads they generate (pay per lead), giving you more opportunities to grow your business.

Leads/CRM System

In general, Kartra gives you super-detailed analytics for every feature. Whether it’s email marketing campaigns, video hosting, membership sites, affiliate management – you can SEE everything on a beautiful, easy-to-overview dashboard.

And in general, you can pull up any customer to see all of their actions/history in your business, which I thought was pretty cool too.

Other Features

Other features that are pretty self-explanatory:

What Kartra Has BuilderAll Doesn’t

Here is a full list of what Kartra has that BuilderAll doesn’t:

  • Much more comprehensive marketing automation to help you make more sales
  • Calendar
  • Helpdesks
  • Behavior-adaptive-marketing
  • Much better CRM/Lead management
  • Slightly better affiliate management
  • Much better pre-built funnels/campaigns
  • An affiliate marketplace

As you can see, if you compare this list with the one from Builderall earlier – you will quickly see that the features here are more significant.

Unfortunately, if you want to get these advanced features for Builderall, it will require you to upgrade your entire system.

As you can see, Kartra has a great list or robust features that can go a very long way to help scale your business.

If you still want a more info on this online marketing platform then you can read my detailed Kartra review here.

Now let’s take a quick look at the integration differences between Kartra vs BuilderAll.

BuilderAll Integration

BuilderAll has a tiny list of integrations. Of course, it does come with many features, but it’s still quite annoying because you might want to use a dedicated platform in the future, but not be able to.

The main integrations are:

  • WordPress
  • Zapier
  • Integrately
  • Pabbly

See the full BuilderAll integration list here.

Kartra Integrations

Kartra has a larger list of integrations, despite not needing a lot of them.

For example, you can integrate directly with email platforms, webinar platforms, payment processors, and more.

Some of the main integrations include:

  • MailGun
  • Stripe/Paypal/Braintree/Authroize
  • Twilio
  • Google Calendar
  • Zapier

You also get the Kartra API so that you can integrate with more software too.

See the full Kartra integration list here.

Kartra vs Builderall: My Final Thoughts

The race to the pricing bottom between Kartra vs Builderall has an end, but there is NO LIMIT on how many sales you make. That’s why I’m going to decide that there is a winner in this BuilderAll vs. Kartra battle, and fro me, that winner is Kartra.

I say this because even though you may pay a bit more for Kartra, their robust features will actually help you to make more money, which is why most of us are business owners, after all!

Kartra focuses on helping you convert more, while saving you time – to me, that’s much more valuable than saving a few extra dollars each month.

BuilderAll is a good software tool for beginner marketers, but if you’re really looking to scale up your income then I recommend choosing Kartra.

The 11 Best Credit Repair Affiliate Programs To Promote In 2021

person looking for credit repair online

If you have an audience that needs to get out of, or manage bad debt, then sending them to an offer that can help improve their situation should surely earn you some good karma points!

I’ve compiled a list of the 11 top credit repair affiliate programs that you can promote to earn good money, and also stack up some brownie points with the guy upstairs in the process.

Most of these affiliate programs offer multiple angles you can use in order to promote them, which should help boost your conversion rate.

While some of them operate a PPL model, others will pay you a rather generous commission on a per sale basis.

Best Credit Repair Affiliate Programs

Credit repair affiliate programs are one of the most profitable that you can promote as an affiliate. While they’re somewhat of a niche market, if you have (or are intending to build) a target audience for people with credit issues then there is a lot of potential to do very well here as an affiliate marketer.

Credit repair companies do hundreds of millions of dollars in business each year in credit restoration. In fact, the credit repair industry was recorded as being worth a whopping $3.4bn in 2021.

As an affiliate you can get a piece of that pie while at the same time helping the people who need those services find the right credit firm to work with.

Most folks who need to repair their credit history are often searching the internet for a free credit report. Often, all it takes is putting a useful free report in front of them from a good company that is credible and can actually help them solve their problems for you to make money.

While some firms merely offer a simple (but effective) credit repair software solution to clear up negative scoring items, others offer a full credit repair package with all the bells and whistles.

So, depending on what type of credit repair products your audience needs, you’ll have a nice variety to choose from here in this list.

Of course, some people will just need help with managing utility bills that have become overdue. However, some people will be in a much more serious situation, and may even have a long-standing credit dispute going on. For those folks they will need a more in-depth solution.

The credit repair affiliate programs listed here are the best credit restoration services in the industry that I have come across.

These companies will actually do credit restoration for their customers and help them achieve decent credit scores that will put them years ahead of where they would have been otherwise.

Lexington Law Credit Repair Affiliate Program

Lexington Law

Many people who have tried to get approved for a mortgage have found out the hard way that just a small blemish on your actual credit reports can stop the approval from going through.

That sucks!

Even though everyone knows the importance of having an impeccable credit score, most people know how they should be tracking their credit, and challenging any inaccuracies that come up.

Lexington Law aims to solve this problem for their clients through patent-pending technology. This service helps to considerably reduce the need of having to file an inaudible amount of boring paperwork, and in the process, improve credit scores.

Established since 1991, Lexington Law has a huge amount of credibility in the industry.

If you like the idea of promoting this company as an affiliate then you’ll be happy to hear that their commission rates are pretty generous. While there are varying percentages that you can earn on different products, to give you an idea of earnings, you could make as much as $65 per lead.

Yep, per lead… no sale required!

Hmm, so with such a high commission rate for a single lead you may be thinking that for some reason they’ll be difficult to promote.

Well, let me put your mind at rest here too. Lexington Law claim that they have a conversion rate of 40%. This is excellent!

So, if you are getting around a 40% conversion rate on all the folks you send their way, then there is a very good chance that your Lexington Law credit repair affiliate program commission can be fairly substantial.

  • Commission rate: Around $60 per lead

Capital Bank Credit Repair Affiliate Program

Capital Bank secured credit card

If you want to fix your credit score, then a great step in the right direction is getting a secured credit card.

For those of you who don’t know, a secured credit card is a debt-specific card that helps someone with a bad payment history manage and eventually get out of consumer debt by reducing the risk of further getting into debt.

A huge number of people use a selection of different cards, and consequently end up in debt that they can’t pay off. The result is a FUBAR’d credit score!

How the secured credit card works: The cardholder deposits cash onto the account to serve as collateral against any purchases. The bank issuing the card now has added security that they will, in fact, see their money again in case the cardholder is unable to make the monthly payments. The deposited money is for paying off the credit card debt each month. As a result, the customer builds up a good credit score since the balance is actually being cleared off each month.

OpenSky from Capital Bank is an excellent option for those who are looking for this type of service. Since the card user needs to deposit money in order to use it, it’s a lot easier to get accepted by the card issuer.

As an affiliate promoting Capital Bank’s secured card service, you can earn $27.50 per qualified lead. A qualified lead is someone who fills out a short one minute form via your affiliate link. Use their selection of marketing materials to help to earn money with this affiliate program.

  • Commission rate: Around $27.50 per lead
  • Type of program: PPL
  • Cookie duration: 60 days
  • Join program: sign up here to promote

LeadPages vs ClickFunnels: The Landing Page & Funnel Builder Show Down!

LeadPages vs ClickFunnels

Welcome to my LeadPages vs ClickFunnels review.

In this review, we’re going to take a look at whether you really need ClickFunnels.

Because let’s be real – There is quite a hefty starting price difference between ClickFunnels and LeadPages. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you need the more expensive option in ClickFunnels.

Keep reading to find the right software that will help your business generate more leads and sales.

(Insert table of contents and use “table of contents” as kw at top)

ClickFunnels vs LeadPages: Overview

The main differences between ClickFunnels vs LeadPages are:

  • ClickFunnels is an all-in-one sales funnel builder, while LeadPages is a dedicated Landing page builder
  • ClickFunnels has more funnel templates for your sales funnel steps outside of the landing pages
  • ClickFunnels offers a membership site builder, whereas LeadPages doesn’t
  • ClickFunnels lets you manage affiliates, whereas LeadPages doesn’t
  • ClickFunnels enables you to host live webinars, but LeadPages doesn’t.
  • ClickFunnels has some email marketing tools built-in
  • LeadPages is more affordable on the lower plans
  • LeadPages pre-built templates look slightly more professional
  • LeadPages has a bigger list of integrations

What Is LeadPages & Who Is It For

LeadPages is a simple and efficient landing page builder that has been around since 2012.

While other tools on the market have always tried to offer as much as possible, LeadPages has always mainly stuck to the one thing that they do well: Landing pages.

LeadPages is known for:

  • Being easy-to-use
  • Being beginner-friendly
  • Having beautiful & professional templates

Who Is LeadPages For?

LeadPages primarily targets:

  • Small business owners
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Marketers

All of these groups can use LeadPages to create landing pages and collect leads to grow their business.

What Is ClickFunnels & Who Is It For?

ClickFunnels homepage

ClickFunnels is a little more popular than LeadPages, but it has only been around since 2014.

Russell Brunson, the platform’s founder, created ClickFunnels because he found it very costly and hard to glue together a sales funnel when he used to market his other businesses… So he solved that problem by creating ClickFunnels.

ClickFunnels is mainly known for putting all the tools you need to build high-converting sales funnels.

This sales funnel software is also user-friendly, and you can create sales funnels in under 30 minutes – even as a beginner.

But we’ll discuss that in more detail later.

Who Is ClickFunnels For?

ClickFunnels targets a very similar audience compared to LeadPages:

  • Entrepreneurs
  • Small business Owners
  • Marketers
  • Info-product vendors

ClickFunnels is a little more popular with info-product vendors based on what I have seen in the communities online.

It’s also more suited to this particular audience because it has the drag and drop membership site builder, but we’ll discuss that in more detail later.

LeadPages Pros

  • Prices start at a lower price than competitors like ClickFunnels
  • The landing page software comes with beautiful templates for landing pages and full-navigation websites
  • User-friendly
  • It comes with full A/B testing functionality
  • Offers a free 14 day trial

LeadPages Cons

  • It doesn’t have many features
  • With the integrations, it’s much more expensive than purchasing an all-in-one software like ClickFunnels
  • The pricing is quite expensive when you look at the features you’re getting
  • You won’t be able to build sales funnels to the same level as you can with ClickFunnels. Instead, you would have to glue one together using 3rd party integrations

ClickFunnels Pros

  • Outstanding all-in-one sales funnel building system
  • It comes with full A/B testing functionality
  • The sales funnel and landing page builder is straightforward to use
  • It’s more affordable than purchasing the tools individually
  • There is a lot of high-quality educational material that comes with it
  • You can recruit affiliates directly, removing the need for an integration
  • It integrates with a huge list of popular SaaS tools

ClickFunnels Cons

  • Pricing may be slightly high for beginners
  • The funnel templates may not be everyone’s cup of tea
  • Some of the features have slightly less power compared to dedicated tools

LeadPages Landing Page Features

Let’s dive straight into LeadPages landing page features and look at how you can use them for your business.

Landing Page Builder

LeadPages core offering is the landing page software. It’s the main and biggest feature that LeadPages comes with, and it’s know for its effectiveness to capture leads.

The drag and drop editor is very user-friendly and comes with modern and clean templates, which we’ll discuss later.

It also comes with:

  • SSL Certificate
  • Opt-in forms
  • Custom forms to embed anywhere
  • A Built-in lead magnet delivery.

I counted around 50 elements in total, ranging from headlines to buttons and timers.

What I like about LeadPages’ editor is that you can add SEO heading information to all of your text (i.e., H1, H2, etc.)

But inside the editor, nothing really wowed me in the element section – and it was most of the standard stuff you get anywhere else.

However, LeadPages does have some features that will make building the landing pages a little more effective and high-converting. We’ll look at these separately, though.

All pages built with LeadPages are also mobile-responsive and can be integrated with a WordPress site.

Landing Page & Full-Navigation Website Templates

The templates are one area where LeadPages did impress me.

Not only does it have templates for landing pages, but they have also started adding more for full navigation websites.

(INsert image for landing pages)

I wouldn’t really use LeadPages for a website that I plan to generate organic traffic with – as it’s not got the open-source benefit of a CMS like WordPress.

However, if you just plan on quickly creating landing pages or websites that you want to promote with ads or social media – LeadPages could be the right choice.

They also look very clean and are easy to edit, which is definitely a plus point.

page templates

Cart & Payment System

On the PRO plan and up, LeadPages lets you create carts and collect payments.

LeadPages also includes some outstanding features like:

  • Order bumps
  • One-click upsells
  • One-click downsells

This is decent, as it will help you make more money from the same traffic.

A/B Split-Testing

LeadPages comes with full A/B split-testing functionality to help you find the best-converting landing page.

You can set up a test based on opt-ins or sales, drive traffic to the landing pages, and LeadPages will choose the winner for you.

This feature is available on all your LeadPages landing pages, assuming you are on the right plan.

Pop-Ups & Alert Bars

The next two features will help you generate more leads; pop-ups & alert bars.

This is basically giving you more options to share your opt-in forms. But you can also use the alert bars for announcements.

The pop-up builder is drag and drop, so it’s straightforward to create a form to capture leads.

From here, you can then link it to one of the LeadPages integrations to follow up with them.

Interestingly, on their website, they mentioned that they have exit-intent pops, and ClickFunnels doesn’t.

However, this is NOT true… ClickFunnels also has them.

What LeadPages Has That ClickFunnels Doesn’t

As landing pages are a part of your sales funnel, I really couldn’t find too much that LeadPages has, which ClickFunnels doesn’t.

But I still managed to list a couple of points – let’s take a look.

Lead Pages pop-ups

Slightly More Modern Templates For Landing Pages

This first one is entirely subjective.

The colors, fonts, and styles of LeadPages look slightly more modern than those inside ClickFunnels.

HOWEVER: This does not mean that they convert higher… In fact, most basic/almost ugly landing pages and funnels convert very high.

And there have been endless ClickFunnels success stories, which also counters this point.

Lower Cost Plans

We’ll talk about pricing in much more detail later on.

LeadPages does start at more affordable prices because, compared to ClickFunnels, it has fewer features. However, this isn’t necessarily an advantage because the integrations will cost more than ClickFunnels if you need them.

Slightly Faster Loading Pages

ClickFunnels’ pages are quite slow compared to some competitors like Leadpages. However, it’s not a huge difference, and you can always test them out with the free 14 day trial first.

But it’s something I noticed when comparing the ClickFunnels vs LeadPages’ landing page software.

More Full-Navigation & Landing Page Templates

LeadPages has a lot of templates for full-navigation websites and landing pages.

Landing pages are what it specializes in, and ClickFunnels isn’t really built for full-navigation websites.

So this was to be expected too.

Don’t get me wrong though, pretty much anything you can build with LeadPages can also be done with ClickFunnels’ drag and drop page builder.

Both LeadPages and ClickFunnels have a great selection of:

  • Long & short-form landing page templates
  • Squeeze page templates
  • Thank you page templates

And both easily let you edit them with the drag and drop builder.

ClickFunnels Features

Now that we have looked at LeadPages’ features let’s look at how ClickFunnels compares.

ClickFunnels Core Offering: Funnel Builder

What ClickFunnels is known for is its easy to use drag and drop funnel and landing page builder.

While this may sound similar to LeadPages, ClickFunnels focuses more on helping you build the entire sales funnel journey you bring your customer through.

This means you will get much more templates for the individual funnel steps:

  • Webinar registration
  • Up-sell pages
  • Down-sell pages
  • Thank you pages
  • Checkout pages
  • etc

And will also get more templates for the entire sales funnels:

  • Tripwire funnels
  • Product launch funnels
  • Webinar funnels
  • Etc.
ClickFunnels funnel templates

You can also build a ClickFunnels landing page with this feature, as it has very similar features to LeadPages with a few extra guns on top.

For example, it also has useful features like A/B split testing, and conversion-focused tools ribbons and pop-ups.

ClickFunnels editor showing the A/B testing function

ClickFunnels Shopping Cart

ClickFunnels also has an outstanding shopping cart feature.

Just like LeadPages, it comes with one-click upsells & downsells, and order bumps. However, one feature where it wins is the 2-step cart.

Using it, you can collect emails before the purchase so that the customer has to enter their info to reveal the deal.

If they leave after this, you still have their email and can follow up with them.

Besides this ClickFunnels shopping cart also comes with:

  • Coupons
  • Discounts
  • Recurring billing

ClickFunnels Membership Site Builder

If you’re looking to host courses for your audience, ClickFunnels might be the better option.

It has a complete membership site builder built inside, and it uses the same drag and drop builder as you would for the funnels.

Meaning it won’t have a big learning curve, despite being an entirely new feature.

It also comes with:

  • Drip-feed content
  • Multiple access levels
  • Locked posts
the ClickFunnels funnel builder

ClickFunnels Follow Up Funnels & Broadcast Emails

Another feature that ClickFunnels has built-in is the follow-up emails & broadcast emails.

This means you will be able to send emails using ClickFunnels, whereas, with LeadPages, you’ll need an integration.

And ClickFunnels’ email marketing tool isn’t too far off a dedicated platform.

It comes with:

  • Automation sequences
  • Split testing
  • Segregation
  • Behavior-based triggers
  • Beautiful email templates
  • The lead magnet delivery system

It’s worth noting, though, that the lead magnet delivery system is only really worth using for tiny files. Otherwise, it may take ages to download from my experience.

However, there are many free solutions out there, like creating download links.

Live Webinars

ClickFunnels also has a tool built-in that lets you host live webinars. Keep in mind for pre-recorded webinars; you will need an integration.

But it’s still very nice to have this built-in if you ever want to host an event or something similar.

Affiliate Management

Affiliate marketing is something that almost every modern business will consider at some point.

ClickFunnels lets you recruit affiliates using its built-in tool, and you can manage affiliate programs for all of your products and marketing funnels.

The ClickFunnels affiliate tool gives you a little more than the basics:

  • Create and manage several affiliate programs
  • Per sale or recurring affiliate programs
  • A basic reporting

I might be picky here – but I would love to see a slightly better affiliate dashboard.

For both the vendor and the affiliate, the reporting is quite basic, and it doesn’t really give you a lot of detail on the traffic.

Plus, it would also be better if there would be a marketplace for affiliates & businesses to find each other.

What ClickFunnels Has That LeadPages Doesn’t

In this ClickFunnels vs LeadPages comparison, we did see that the features department was pretty one-sided.

Let’s recap what ClickFunnels has that LeadPages doesn’t.

ClickFunnels Funnel-Specific Features

ClickFunnels specializes in funnels, so it obviously is an area that it will win.

And here’s why:

  1. It has more sales funnel step templates
  2. It has more templates for the entire sales funnel
  3. It has a lot more educational material than LeadPages

With LeadPages, you’ll struggle to get these features, even with integrations.

There just isn’t something that offers the same as ClickFunnels. And if there would be, it wouldn’t make sense to use it as integration with LeadPages.

ClickFunnels Webinar Funnels

The live webinar builder is pretty nice to have, but LeadPages doesn’t have it.

You can get an integration for this, and it shouldn’t be too hard to mimic what ClickFunnels does. Just keep the additional cost in mind.

ClickFunnels Membership Sites

Again, this is another big difference between ClickFunnels vs LeadPages.

With LeadPages, you will have to integrate with a paid tool like Kajabi or Thinkific, which will cost you $50-$300+ per month.

Follow-Up Funnels & Broadcast Emails

Leadpages integrates with most top email service providers, but this is an additional cost too – around $50+ per month, depending on contacts.

With ClickFunnels, you can follow up with the users using the built-in feature after converting on your landing page.

So when it comes to marketing automation, it’s definitely a win for ClickFunnels.

Affiliate Management

Yeah, I did mention some improvements that ClickFunnels could do with their affiliate management tool.

However, it’s nice that it even has it… Because LeadPages and other competitors don’t.

This means you’ll have to set it up using an integration – and from my experience, an integration for affiliate software is one of the more technical/confusing ones.

As we saw earlier in this ClickFunnels vs LeadPages comparison, you will likely need more integrations with LeadPages.

So I have listed them below so you can take a look.

LeadPages Integrations

Because LeadPages comes with a lot fewer features, it has a slightly bigger list of integrations. Below, I’ve listed the different categories of integrations + some of the top tools.

  • Ecommerce Integration (Shopify, SendOwl)
  • CMS Integration (Wix, Weebly, WordPress, Squarespace & more)
  • Social media Integration (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & More)
  • Analytics Integration (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, JS analytics)
  • CRM Integration (amoCRM, Contactually, InfusionSoft (Keap), PipeDrive, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Advertising platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc)
  • Email Marketing Integration (Pretty much all major email tools)
  • Live Chat Integration (LiveChat, ManyChat, Drift, etc.)
  • Marketing Automation Integration (Autopilot, Hubspot & more)
  • Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • Scheduling Integration(Calendly, Acuity & more)
  • Webinar Integration (Go-to webinar, WebinarJam & more)

ClickFunnels Integrations

Here are ClickFunnels integrations:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • JV Zoo
  • ClickBank
  • NMI (Gateway Funnel Pros)
  • GetResponse
  • Drip
  • Infusionsoft
  • Warrior Plus
  • OntraPort
  • Recurly
  • Ontraport
  • Salesforce
  • Market Hero
  • Apple Pay
  • Infusionsoft
  • EasyPayDirect
  • Bluesnap
  • AWeber
  • Constant Contact
  • ConvertKit
  • Hubspot
  • ActiveCampaign
  • SendLane
  • MadMimi
  • MailChimp

  • Zapier
  • Zoho
  • Gsuite
  • Sendgrid
  • Mailgun
  • Mandrill
  • SparkPost
  • Zoom Webinar Integration
  • GoToWebinar Integration
  • Google Analytics

As you can see, both ClickFunnels and LeadPages have a pretty large list of integrations.

LeadPages vs ClickFunnels: Pricing

Now let’s look at the LeadPages vs ClickFunnels pricing

I love both of these tools because you get pretty much Unlimited traffic on all plans. I have heard that there is some limit on them around the 400k visitor p/m mark, but that won’t apply to most of us.

LeadPages vs ClickFunnels: Final Thoughts

As you have seen throughout this LeadPages vs ClickFunnels comparison, these two marketing software tools a little different.

ClickFunnels comes with WAY more features, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s right for you.

I would argue that it has better value for money, though. But if you are just after a simple landing page builder, then LeadPages could be a great choice too.

If you would like to sign up for a ClickFunnels account, make sure to hit the button below for the 14-day free trial.

ClickFunnels also comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft – Conversion & Automation Showdown In 2021!

Welcome to my brutally honest ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft comparison.

Early Warning: If you think purchasing either of these software tools will magically generate a ton of leads and cash in your business, I’m going to have to disappoint you.

While they are both excellent digital marketing platforms, you REALLY need to choose the right one for your business to get any type of results from them. So, let’s take a look at which software is best suited for your business.

Both ClickFunnels and InfusionSoft have a few similar tools, but their core offering is different.

  • Both software tools have a free trial

What Is ClickFunnels & Who Is It For

ClickFunnels homepage

ClickFunnels is that popular kid in high school, which everyone seems to love.

It has a whopping 120,000+ paying subscribers, which is insane if you considering it’s a B2B product.

ClickFunnels has packed all of the most essential tools that small businesses need under one umbrella for a reasonable price. These features include:

  • Sales funnel and landing page builder
  • Membership site builder
  • Live webinars
  • Affiliate management
  • Email marketing

And check this out: It does all of this while being SUPER User-friendly, thanks to its drag and drop landing page builder. If you can use the internet, you’ll be able to use this thing. It is that simple.

Since Russell Brunson founded the company in 2014, ClickFunnels has become much more than just a business software tool. It’s a culture.

While it does have kind of a creepy cult-like movement feel to it, due to the huge, fanatical user base, it does actually have a pretty cool vide.

The community is actually very helpful and supportive of its fellow members, many of which are all too happy to help each other out.

ClickFunnels also has various other products tailored to the same market, under the same brand, so they do actually have quite a wide offering.

As you may have guessed by the features, ClickFunnels is very popular with a wide variety of people across different sized businesses.

However, the majority of users do fit into the following categories based on my research:

  • Info-product vendors
  • Service businesses (Consultants, agencies, etc.)
  • Personal Brands
  • Affiliate marketers
  • Ecommerce store owners
  • Brick and mortar businesses

If you want to know more detailed info about this online marketing software tool then check out my review of ClickFunnels here.

What Is InfusionSoft & Who Is It For

Keap a.k.a InfusionSoft

InfusionSoft was one of the first BIG all-in-one CRMs on the market.

But one area where it has always lacked a little is usability.

One reason for this is because Infusionsoft is almost like a dinosaur in the game compared to ClickFunnels, as it was founded in 2001.

Despite this drawback, it has always performed in terms of features and capabilities, especially in the CRM and marketing automation department.

In fact, for quite a long time, it was pretty much the only all-in-one marketing platform on the market.

But don’t be fooled: InfusionSoft isn’t only still in this market because it’s been around for a long time. Their team has always been actively developing and improving the software, which is why it’s still relevant today.

They have recently done this by updating their software, applying some user interface updates to the landing page builder and other features, and rebranding their product, which is now officially called Keap.

ClickFunnels Pros & Cons

Continuing on with my ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft review, let’s now take a look at the pros and cons of each software.

ClickFunnels Pros

  • Very user-friendly drag and drop page builder
  • Has a built-in webinar platform
  • The built-in membership site builder will allow you to host courses without 3rd party integrations
  • Comes with an affiliate management tool
  • It’s affordable, considering how many tools you get
  • The community is one of the strongest in the entire internet marketing industry.
  • Outstanding list of integrations

ClickFunnels Cons

  • The affiliate reporting is limited
  • The pages could load faster
  • The support could be better

InfusionSoft Pros & Cons

Now let’s see the high level pros and cons of this landing page builder compared to ClickFunnels.

InfusionSoft Pros

  • Outstanding marketing automation
  • Infusionsoft has a great CRM
  • The visual campaign builder is pretty sweet
  • The support is quite good

InfusionSoft Cons

  • Lacks native integrations
  • It has fewer features than ClickFunnels
  • Quite costly when you consider the number of features, primarily because of the annoying limits.
  • It’s not as easy-to-use as other software pieces

ClickFunnels Features

As already mentioned, ClickFunnels has quite a large list of features. But I wanted to walk you through all of them individually to give you a better understanding if your business actually needs them.

After all, there’s no point paying for something if you’re not gonna use it.

ClickFunnels Core Offering: Sales Funnels

ClickFunnels’ core offering is the drag and drop sales funnel and landing page builder.

the ClickFunnels sales funnel and landing page builder

Most of these funnel steps have a video from Russell Brunson (ClickFunnels CEO and Founder) explaining how to use them more effectively to improve your conversion rates.

ClickFunnels Marketplace

If you can’t find a landing page, sales funnel or membership site funnel inside of your dashboard, then you can also visit the ClickFunnels marketplace for more templates.

Here you can find a huge range of funnels that have already been created for you by other members. Some funnels on the marketplace are free, while others come at a one-time price.

You can even find someone on the marketplace who will build you a custom sales funnel, if that’s what you need.

  • Monthly, quarterly or yearly billing

Strictly speaking, the membership site feature is part of the funnel builder. The membership sites come as part of a sales funnel, which I think is pretty useful.

Inside your account you will find membership funnels already set up for you to use. Simply customise your landing page, and then start adding your content to the members area pages.

This is a great feature to have included with your account. A dedicated membership site service like Kajabi, on the other hand, would cost you upwards of $149 per month. Therefore, I think this is worth mentioning – as ClickFunnels has this built-in.

What I love especially about this is how easy it is to connect to your sales funnel and email marketing automation, since these features are also inside of ClickFunnels. It’s seamless, easy, and actually quite pleasant to work with.

However, the main drawback for me here is that there is no video hosting included. This means that you will need to pay a third party video hosting provider like Wistea to host your videos, and then embed them into your ClickFunnels membership site.

Yeah, maybe I’m asking a bit too much here, but it would be nice.

ClickFunnels Webinar Funnels

This online marketing tool also allows you to build webinar sales funnels help you to:

  • Engage your audience
  • Educate your audience about your products
  • Sell your products (especially high-ticket offers)

The only downside is that this feature only lets you host live webinars – not pre-recorded (evergreen) webinars. However, it’s not the end of the world because ClickFunnels has many native integrations.

This means that you can easily integrate your ClickFunnels account with a third party tool to solve this issue, if this is important to you.

ClickFunnels Email Marketing Automation – Follow Up Funnels

Next, we have ClickFunnels’ follow-up funnels, which is their email marketing automation app.

This email marketing feature allows you to do all of the standard things you would expect from an autoresponder:

Broadcasts: These are your standard newsletters that come with templates you can use.

Follow-up funnels: These are the automation sequences (a.k.a autoresponder) that you will use to automatically follow up with your subscribers and customers.

Again, it performs very similarly to a dedicated platform.

However, it could improve in tagging and behavioral automation rules. Compared to some dedicated platforms like GetResponse, it just has a few fewer rules that you can pick from.

Follow-up Funnels

ClickFunnels Affiliate Management

Another cool feature that ClickFunnels has is affiliate management.

You’ll be able to recruit and manage your affiliates directly from your ClickFunnels account.

The only thing is that this tool is fairly basic in terms of reporting, and there is also no marketplace feature. However, it does the job. You can add assets for your affiliates to use, track their stats and offer incentives for more sales.

What ClickFunnels Has That InfusionSoft Doesn’t

To make things easier for you, I wanted to dive into what ClickFunnels has that Infusionsoft doesn’t. Later on, we’ll do this vice versa too.

Since both ClickFunnels and InfusionSoft have some similar, but also very different features, I though this would make it easier for you to see the differences between them.

Membership Site Platform

ClickFunnels having this membership site funnel feature is a massive advantage if you’re selling courses. However, with InfusionSoft, you will need an integration, which makes things more confusing and more costly.

More Funnel Step Templates

ClickFunnels has more templates for the individual funnel steps like:

  • 2-step order carts
  • Upsell pages
  • Thank you pages
  • Etc.

This isn’t a surprise, as it’s what makes ClickFunnels so unique. It pretty much lets you build ANY type of funnel you want, has all the templates you need – and is so freakin easy to do.

Besides the funnel step templates, ClickFunnels also has an exclusive marketplace for your whole funnel templates.

This is something that InfusionSoft doesn’t have and a unique opportunity that I like about ClickFunnels because:

  1. You may need a unique template for your business and can find an expert to build one.
  2. If you become an expert yourself, you can sell funnel templates here and create another source of revenue.

Finally, if you wanted to use Webinars to sell your products, ClickFunnels could be the better option. While it does only let you host live webinars, InfusionSoft doesn’t have this feature at all.

ClickFunnels has several integrations for pre-recorded (evergreen) webinars.

Easier To Use

ClickFunnels is known for being easy to use. InfusionSoft has the opposite reputation. And that’s for a good reason, generally speaking, you’ll find it much easier to use ClickFunnels – and will get your campaigns up much quicker.

InfusionSoft Features

ClickFunnels really does have a lot of features, as we saw above. Now, continuing on with my ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft review, let’s look at how InfusionSoft compares to the leading sales funnel builder.

InfusionSoft Core Feature: CRM & Marketing Automation

InfusionSoft’s core feature is its Customer-relationship-management tool (CRM). However, it does have a lot more to offer than just this.

The CRM allows you to pull up any customers’ information and get all the interaction history in seconds. ClickFunnels actually has something similar in its dashboard, but we’ll look at that a little later.

Where InfusionSoft outperforms most other platforms in the CRM section:

  • Being able to set and manage tasks
  • Being able to score customers based on your criteria automatically
  • Creating and managing invoices directly inside of the CRM

Additionally, InfusionSoft’s special is that it has all these other features built-in combined with marketing automation.

So, if the lead takes (or doesn’t) a certain action – InfusionSoft can quickly communicate this with the other features built inside the platform.

InfusionSoft CRM

Email Marketing Automation

InfusionSoft’s email marketing automation feature is slightly different from ClickFunnels’ solution. However, I wouldn’t say necessarily better, as it depends on what you’re looking for.

While InfusionSoft has more triggers for behavioral automation, ClickFunnels has some really unique funnel triggers.

InfusionSoft also, as you would probably expect, has a library of beautiful email templates that are easy to edit.

Keap InfusionSoft CRM and automations

Visual Campaign Builder

Here’s something that makes InfusionSoft unique: The visual campaign builder.

This feature makes it a lot easier to manage campaigns, as you don’t have to switch between features to build your campaign – you can manage the entire process from this visual campaign builder. This includes;

  • Your landing page templates
  • Your email marketing automation
  • Your shopping carts
  • Your affiliate management
  • Basically everything
Visual campaign builder

Landing Page Builder + Templates

InfusionSoft also comes with an outstanding landing page builder and a range of templates. Editing them is also drag and drop, so it is similar to ClickFunnels’ landing page builder.

As mentioned earlier, ClickFunnels has many templates for the individual funnel steps, which InfusionSoft doesn’t.

InfusionSoft’s tool is a little more basic, with the main focus being on opt-in and lead gen pages. However, you can add a cart, which we’ll look at in a moment.

Referral (Affiliate) Management

InfusionSoft also has an affiliate management tool.

It’s slightly more advanced than the one ClickFunnels has, as you can create 2-level affiliate programs:

  1. Level 1: For referring a sale/customer
  2. Level 2: For referring another affiliate

On the whole, though, you will get a very similar affiliate management tool from both the platforms that do the job. To be fair, I think most business owners will be relieved that they have this built-in because it makes it SOOO much easier to promote your products.

Cart, Invoices & Appointments

Next is the payment part of InfusionSoft:

  • Carts
  • Invoices
  • Appointments

The cart creation is actually somewhat similar to ClickFunnels.

And the invoices and appointments are cool to have in there, especially next to all the marketing automation. So, for example, you can automatically send an invoice after booking an appointment or taking another action.

This makes it easier for you to manage your business’ finances and responsibilities.

Keap Appointments

What InfusionSoft Has That ClickFunnels Doesn’t

Now I will break down and highlight the tools that InfusionSoft has that ClickFunnels does not, since ClickFunnels and InfusionSoft have some similar, but also some very different features.

CRM & Slightly Better Marketing Automation

Thanks to the CRM allowing you to create tasks, and the additional email marketing triggers, InfusionSoft wins in the email marketing automation department.

However, I don’t think it’s a massive difference between them, and I would imagine most business owners would be more than satisfied with what ClickFunnels offers here.

That being said, InfusionSoft does take this point.

Visual Campaign Builder

The visual campaign builder is pretty cool, as it makes things a little easier. If you would want this with ClickFunnels, you could integrate with Funnelytics, which has a free plan and pretty much does the same thing.

Invoices and Appointments

Finally, InfusionSoft has the invoices and appointments tools built-in. Again, this isn’t a huge deal because there are endless low-cost invoice services, and you can even send them with Paypal. Plus, for the appointments, you can also use an affordable, industry-standard tool like Calendly.

InfusionSoft vs ClickFunnels Pricing

Now that we have looked at the value both platforms provide let’s look at their costs.

I noticed straight away that ClickFunnels doesn’t give you any limits in contacts, whereas InfusionSoft.

ClickFunnels Cost

Let’s look at ClickFunnels’ pricing first.

ClickFunnels Starter ($97  per month)

Usage limits:

  • 20 sales funnels
  • 100 pages
  • 1 sub-user
  • 3 payment gateways
  • 3 domains

What you DON’T get:

  • Affiliate management
  • Follow-up Funnels
  • Funnel Hack-A-Thon
  • Some FunnelFlix Videos
  • Priority Supports

ClickFunnels Platinum ($297 per month)

Usage limits:

  • Unlimited funnels and pages
  • 3 sub-users
  • 9 payment gateways
  • 9 domains

This plan comes with all features

ClickFunnels Two Comma Club X ($1,497 per month)

  • Unlimited funnels and pages
  • 10 sub-users
  • 27 payment gateways
  • 27 domains
  • Features: All + Hours of additional FunnelFlix training

InfusionSoft Cost

InfusionSoft’s pricing mainly depends on how many contacts you have – which is a little annoying because it often forces you to upgrade. But let’s take a look.

The plans below assume 500 contacts – for full pricing, please check out the official page (INSERT AFF LINK)

Lite  $79 per month

Features included:

  • Contact management
  • Tagging
  • Saved search, filters, and lists
  • Tasks
  • Forms
  • B2b management
  • Quotes
  • Appointments
  • Mobile app
  • SMS messages
  • Email marketing
  • email sync
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Automated text messaging
  • One-time payments
  • Easy automation
  • Reminders
  • Internal forms
  • Limited integrations
  • Default user roles

Pro $159 per month

Everything in Lite PLUS:

  • Landing pages
  • Sales Pipeline
  • Recurring Payments
  • Subscription Management
  • Checkout forms
  • A/B email testing
  • Automated text messaging
  • Text Messaging broadcasts
  • Recurring payments
  • Checkout forms

Max $199 Per Month

Everything in Pro Plus:

  • Lead scoring
  • Discount codes
  • Sales Funnel
  • One-click Up-sell and Cross-sell (Coming soon)
  • Shopify integration
  • Analytics

And keep in mind this is for 500 contacts only. Now on the higher plans especially, I would expect most businesses to grow towards 10,000 subscribers quickly, which will get very costly with InfusionSoft.

To put it into perspective, for 25,000 subscribers on InfusionSoft, you’ll be looking at $499 per month… And it will get even more expensive above that. So, therefore, in terms of pricing, I would say ClickFunnels has the advantage.

Both ClickFunnels and InfusionSoft have a good amount of integrations. I grabbed both integration lists for you so you can see them side by site here in this ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft review.

Keep in mind these are just the native integrations. You can get more through Zapier if you have a Zapier account.

Final Thoughts

As you have seen throughout this ClickFunnels vs InfusionSoft comparison, they’re both incredible all-in-one platforms. But, overall, I think that ClickFunnels has the advantage because the additional features it has will help the average business owner make more sales.

Plus, it’s also a lot easier to use.

However, if you’re someone who wants to dive deep into the marketing automation that InfusionSoft has to offer, then it’s worth a try.

Unbounce vs ClickFunnels – Which Is Best For You In 2021?

ClickFunnels vs Unbounce

Unbounce vs ClickFunnels is like comparing a big comfy armchair to a sofa; They don’t aim to do the same thing.

The real question is NOT necessarily which one is better, but which one do you actually need?

If you get it wrong, your business performance might suffer, as you won’t have the right features you need to move forward.

Keep reading to find out whether ClickFunnels or Unbounce is best suited for you.

Unbounce vs ClickFunnels: TL;DR Overview

The main differences between Unbounce and ClickFunnels are:

  • ClickFunnels aims to help you build entire sales funnels, whereas Unbounce is just for landing pages
  • ClickFunnels has a membership site builder, whereas Unbounce doesn’t
  • ClickFunnels has an email marketing tool built-in, but Unbounce doesn’t
  • ClickFunnels has an affiliate management tool built-in, whereas Unbounce doesn’t
  • ClickFunnels has webinar hosting capabilities (live only)
  • ClickFunnels has a larger community and more extensive educational material
  • Unbounce has a more flexible landing page builder, as you don’t have to rely on a drag and drop editor (more on this later)
  • Unbounce’s landing pages load faster
  • Unbounce has more professional-looking landing page templates (but that doesn’t necessarily mean they convert better)
  • Unbounce has a smart traffic feature that helps tailor your landing pages to your audience
  • Unbounce probably works out more affordable for most plans

What Is Unbounce?

Unbounce is a high converting landing page builder that has been around since 2009. Since then, it’s established itself as one of the best and most reliable landing page builders on the market.

It’s known for having an excellent landing page builder and some great conversion tools. Unbounce has proved itself to be reliable even for enormous amounts of traffic (assuming you’re on the right pricing plan).

This is also why Unbounce is used by some huge, international companies that you’ll likely recognize, such as Helix, Zola, Later, or Campaign Monitor.

Some of Unbounce’s top competitors include InstaPage, LeadPages, and ClickFunnels.

Unbounce Pros & Cons

Of course, no landing page software tool out there is perfect. They all have some things they’re great at, and a few areas where they can improve.

Here’s a snapshot of the advantages and disadvantages of using Unbounce for your landing pages.

Unbounce Pros

  • Fast-loading pages
  • Flexible landing page builder
  • Easy to use
  • Can handle a lot of traffic, if you’re on the right plan
  • Lots of outstanding conversion tools
  • Decent support
  • Good integrations
  • Beautiful templates
  • A/B testing

Unbounce Cons

  • It’s only a landing page builder (no sales funnels)
  • It’s slightly costly for what it is
  • Lacking quantity of features
  • Has annoying usage limits on their plans

What Is ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels homepage

ClickFunnels probably doesn’t need an introduction for most people reading this. However, for those of you who are not familiar, they are the most popular sales funnel software tool on the market and has an insanely large community behind it.

If you research the platform, you’ll quickly see that people love this thing like they do new-born puppies (yes, that much, it’s kinda got a cult following).

Despite this, it does have some drawbacks, which I’ll cover in more detail later.

Besides its strong community, it’s known for being one of the first all-in-one marketing software tools with a complete sales funnel builder. ClickFunnels are also highly celebrated by their users for having easy to use, high converting page templates.

ClickFunnels combines landing pages, sales funnels, membership sites, affiliate management, an email autoresponder, and webinars into one single tool.

ClickFunnels Pros & Cons

Here’s a look at all the benefits and drawbacks to using the ClickFunnels online marketing software.

ClickFunnels Pros

  • Outstanding all-in-one software with lots of exceptional features (see more below)
  • Decent selection of landing page and sales funnel templates
  • Lots of conversion features to help you sell your products
  • It’s more affordable than if you were to purchase all of the features separately
  • It has a strong community behind it
  • There’s lots of educational material that you get access to when becoming a ClickFunnels user
  • A/B testing

ClickFunnels Cons

  • Despite it being more affordable than using separate tools, it’s still quite costly
  • Page load speed needs improving

Unbounce Features

Now that we have taken a look at some basic info about both companies, lets start looking at Unbounce’s features in more detail.

Unbounce Core Offering: Landing Page Builder

The main reason why you’d want to purchase Unbounce is the landing page builder. Most users love it because it’s user-friendly, even for beginners. Unbounce’s landing pages are also robust enough to be used by large enterprise businesses.

The page builder comes with a beautiful selection of templates (which we’ll discuss in more detail in a moment) and is also very user-friendly.

What I loved when using Unbounce is that you can move elements around freely on the page. With most other software tools used to create landing pages, including ClickFunnels, you have to drag the elements using a drag and drop editor.

Although this is certainly a quick and simple way to build your landing pages, drag and drop editors can also be kinda clunky.

However, with Unbounce, this isn’t the case, which I found very pleasant to work with. It gives you more flexibility and freedom when creating your landing pages. I was just really impressed by how smooth the landing page builder feels.

That being said, I couldn’t find anything that blew me away, and in terms of what you can do with Unbounce – it seems pretty standard.

What makes it so excellent for businesses though, is how quickly and easily you can create your landing pages, and how fast the pages load – even if they’re getting high amounts of traffic.

This is a very important point here.

Tests have shown that a simple increase in page speed of 0.85 secs can increase your conversion rate by as much as 7%. So, that might mean that an Unbounce landing page could potentially convert better than a ClickFunnels page.

Unbounce also make it easy for you to set up A/B testing to help you find which landing page converts better for your audience.

Unbounce Templates

Unbounce has a fantastic selection of high converting landing page templates. They look clean, professional and you get over 100+ landing page designs that you can choose from.

While both Unbounce and ClickFunnels have a good selection of landing page templates, Unbounce’s have more of a corporate look and feel, which some may prefer. But I’ll talk you through that in more detail in a few moments.

Once you have selected a landing page template, you can hit ‘edit’ to open up the page builder and change it as much as you want. I find that both the page editor and the page templates work very well together, so you shouldn’t run into any usability issues.

The only thing I would say about Unbounce’s templates is that they are tailored toward landing pages. So you’re not going to find it as easy to build your entire sales funnel with Unbounce as you might with ClickFunnels.

So, if building sales funnels is high on your priority list then you would do better to go with ClickFunnels. However, if you only need to build landing pages then Unbounce should suit you just fine.

Below is a selection of a few sample templates available in Unbounce.

Unbounce templates
Unbounce landing page templates
Unbounce page templates

Pop-Ups and Sticky Bars

Just like most other landing page builders, Unbounce has conversion tools, like pop-ups and sticky bars, that you can add to your pages. You can easily create sticky bars and pop-ups, and then integrate them with you email autoresponder to follow up with users that have opted into your mailing list.

This is pretty standard for most landing page builders, but it looks like Unbounce has slightly more options for where you can place these features on your sales pages.

Smart Traffic

Here’s something that does make Unbounce unique; Smart traffic.

What this feature allows you to do is automatically tailor your landing pages to the interests of your users. The way Unbounce knows what your users are interested in is based on their past behavior.

For example, if the landing page visitor scrolls past something and clicks on another item, Unbounce will remember that action.

When they return to that page, it will automatically tailor your landing page to what they seem to be most interested in.

This will help to increase your conversions because it will tailor your landing pages toward what your users really want. However, it will take a few initial visits to get that data from each visitor. Still, this is a really impressive feature that isn’t available with ClickFunnels, even through integrations.

Dynamic Text Replacement

Unbounce also has a dynamic text replacement feature. This allows you to personalize your landing pages specifically for your visitors.

This feature helps your customers to know that they have reached the right place by giving you the option to dynamically replace text with specific words based on the user.

You can also use this feature to automatically update the text on your landing pages to match specific keywords in PPC campaigns, social media messages, blog posts, and so on. The more you can tailor your message to fit your audience, the more chance you will have at making a sale.

What Unbounce Has That ClickFunnels Does Not Have

Let’s take a look at what Unbounce has that ClickFunnels doesn’t have.

Faster Pages

One of the most significant benefits of choosing Unbounce over ClickFunnels is that your landing pages will load faster. This might not seem important, but as I mentioned earlier, studies have shown that just 1 second in loading speed difference can harm conversions by around 7%.

Now, if you’re running an enterprise business with hundreds or thousands of conversions per day then this is a pretty serious issue.

Having your pages load faster will definitely help you to turn your visitors into leads.

Smart Traffic

This is pretty much the only feature that wowed me inside of Unbounce. And ClickFunnels doesn’t have it. Is this a deal-breaker if you were previously leaning towards ClickFunnels?

Probably not, but it’s a helpful feature all the same.

I think that the smart traffic feature is more significant for bigger businesses who are dealing with huge volumes of traffic. You can make up for it through manual split-testing combined with heatmaps, although probably not as effective, and will take more effort on your part.

And it’s also one of those things that you may not even use if you have it. But if you are looking to use it, this could be a big reason to choose Unbounce.

More Professional Templates

This one is slightly subjective, but I found Unbounce’s landing page templates to be more professional-looking than ClickFunnels’. If that’s what you’re looking for, it may be worth going for Unbounce.

However, page design doesn’t necessarily mean that those landing pages will necessarily convert higher.

ClickFunnels Features

Unbounce is an outstanding landing page builder with some great conversion tools. Now, continuing on with my ClickFunnels vs Unbounce comparison, let’s take a look at the leading sales funnel software tool, and how it compares.

ClickFunnels Core Offering: The Funnel Builder

ClickFunnels’ core offering is the sales funnel builder.

It’s pretty similar to what Unbounce offers, but the main difference is that ClickFunnels has everything you need to build entire sales funnels – not just a landing page, although it can do that too.

ClickFunnels is slightly more clunky to use than Unbounce’s page builder, mainly due to its drag and drop editor. That being said though, their page builder is still highly user-friendly. The drag and drop editor itself is pretty simple, which makes ClickFunnels very easy to use.

You can grab a template from the sales funnel template library in your dashboard, or from the ClickFunnels marketplace, add it in seconds, and start editing.

ClickFunnels also makes it super-easy for you to run A/B testing. Simply duplicate your funnel inside the page builder and send an equal amount of traffic to both sales pages over time. Doing this will help you see which page is converting better for you.

Although both software tools offer A/B testing, I did find it easier to set up with ClickFunnels.

the ClickFunnels funnel builder

ClickFunnels Funnel Templates

ClickFunnels has a lot more templates than Unbounce for the individual funnel steps. For example, if you want to create an up-sell page, a checkout page, or a webinar opt-in, or add additional sales pages, there are specific templates for all of them.

With Unbounce, you might find the odd webinar opt-in landing page template, but ClickFunnels has an entire selection for every type of step, or page layout that you can think of.

However, I find that Unbounce has more professional-looking templates compared to ClickFunnels’. But whether that is a point for Unbounce over ClickFunnels depends a lot on your personal preferences and what you need to use it for. That being said, ClickFunnels are known for their high converting templates, so this is also something to consider.

In addition to the marketing funnels and templates that ClickFunnels comes with, there is also a funnel template marketplace. Here you can find both free and paid templates, or you can even hire someone to build custom landing pages and funnels for you.

So, if you need something very specific that the standard template library doesn’t have, then the ClickFunnels marketplace is where you need to go.

In the marketplace you can even find someone to build an entire custom sales funnel for you if that’s what you need.

ClickFunnels funnel templates

 Membership Site Builder

The next thing that ClickFunnels has but Unbounce does not offer is a membership site builder. You can use this to build both free and paid members areas.

For paid membership areas you can set up monthly billing to automatically re-bill your members as you need, for example, on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.

The beauty of ClickFunnels membership sites is that you can even build them as part of a sales funnel too. If this is what you’re looking to do then you will find membership funnel templates ready for you to use in the template library inside your account.

Webinars Funnels

ClickFunnels allows you to host live webinars through its platform. Unbounce doesn’t have this. However, you’ll also need a 3rd party integration like Zoom in order to use this feature.

Keep in mind, though, that these are live webinars only and not pre-recorded ones.

Follow Up Funnels & Broadcast Emails (Email Marketing)

Next, we have ClickFunnels’ Follow-up Funnels feature, which is their answer to an email autoresponder. Using Follow-up Funnels you can create automation sequences, and send broadcast (newsletters) emails to your list.

Using the Follow-up Funnels feature can save you money on a 3rd party autoresponder like GetResponse or SendLane. While the automation sequences and segmentation are pretty decent, it’s not on the same level as some of the top autoresponders out there.

Still, it should be more than enough for most businesses regarding behavioral automation and list segmentation. If you want to use this feature then you will need to upgrade your ClickFunnels account to the Platinum plan.

Affiliate Management (a.k.a BackPack)

ClickFunnels also allows you to create an affiliate program for your products and and manage your affiliates via the Backpack dashboard. This is great because it’s a low-risk way of marketing your online business.

But there are some places where ClickFunnels’ affiliate management could improve:

  1. The reporting isn’t the best for both the affiliate and the vendor. It doesn’t give you lots of information besides who signed up and how many sales the affiliate generated
  2. It would be nice to have some type of affiliate marketplace like Kartra has. I feel like this would make it easier for the average ClickFunnels user to find affiliates. Then again, the community and Facebook group kind of makeup for it as it’s large and very active

Similar to Follow-up Funnels, if you want to use the BackPack feature then you’ll need to be on the Platinum plan.

Community & Educational Material

Finally, this isn’t necessarily a software feature, but it’s one of the most significant benefits of choosing ClickFunnels over Unbounce.

Firstly, you’ll be a part of the community and network with other members through their massive Facebook group. If you ever have any questions about the software or even need ideas, then there are lots of successful and experienced ClickFunnels users who will be happy to help you out.

In addition to this, ClickFunnels comes with a lot of educational material that you can find inside the FunnelFlix area.

This, as the name might suggest, is a library of lessons and videos teaching you internet marketing and funnel building.

FunnelFlix library1
FunnelFlix Library2

Funnel Hack-A-Thons

The Funnel hack-a-thon is a live group coaching session that you can access in ClickFunnels’ Platinum plan. This takes place every Friday and you can join live to get help with any aspect of your sales funnel.

What ClickFunnels Has That Unbounce Does Not Have

As you have seen above, ClickFunnels comes with quite a few additional features that Unbounce doesn’t have. Then again, that’s to be expected given that it’s more of an all-in-one marketing tool, rather than only a landing page.

Key Things ClickFunnels Has That Unbounce Doesn’t Have

Besides the drag and drop sales funnel builder, it’s pretty clear-cut what ClickFunnels has over Unbounce. However, to recap, here are the key extra’s that you will get with ClickFunnels.

Membership Site Builder

With Unbounce, you’ll have to use a 3rd party integration and host your courses on something like Kajabi or Thinkific.

This can get quite costly, ranging from $50 to $300+ per month, depending on what you need. So, yeah, it’s fair to say that you will likely save a lot of money using ClickFunnels if you need a membership site builder.

Webinar Funnels

Again, the webinar sales funnels is another significant feature that ClickFunnels has, which Unbounce doesn’t. That being said, you have to keep in mind that it’s only live webinars, not pre-recorded (evergreen ones).

Follow Up-Funnels

The email autoresponder features that ClickFunnels has are quite significant too. Why?

Because email marketing automation is something that you’re going to need no matter which platform you choose. So, with Unbounce, you’ll have an additional cost here.

Community & Educational Material

This is one of those things that you usually don’t look for in a software product. However, it’s definitely nice to have, as it will ultimately help you become a better marketer, and ultimately make more sales.

Unbounce has its blog and a few other resources, but it’s not quite the same as all the courses and group coaching you’ll get with ClickFunnels.

Unbounce vs ClickFunnels – Pricing

Now let’s take a look at the cost both ClickFunnels and Unbounce come at.

Unbounce Cost

Below I have listed all the Unbounce plans and explained them, so you know what to expect.

One thing I really don’t like about them is the usage limits, especially the conversions. These are quite low across all plans, in my opinion, and one of the biggest drawbacks of Unbounce. But let’s take a look.

Launch $80 P/M

Monthly usage limits:

  • Up to 500 conversions
  • Up to 20,000 visitors
  • 1 connected domain

Conversions refer to any conversion, including clicking your call to action or signing up with their email address.

Optimize $120 P/M

  • Up to 1,000 conversions
  • Up to 30,000 visitors
  • 3 connected domain

Accelerate $200 P/M

  • Up to 2,000 conversions
  • Up to 40,000 visitors
  • 7 connected domain

Scale $300 P/M

  • Up to 3,000 conversions
  • Up to 50,000 visitors
  • 15connected domain

If you need higher usage limits for your landing pages, you can book a meeting with their team to discuss custom plans.

ClickFunnels Cost

Now let’s look at how ClickFunnels’ pricing compares.

I like ClickFunnels’ pricing because it is more affordable than purchasing all the tools separately. That being said, it is quite a big jump from the $97 per month to the $297 per month plan without an option in between.

ClickFunnels Starter ($97 per month)

  • 20 sales funnels
  • 100 pages
  • 1 sub-user
  • 3 payment gateways
  • 3 domains

In this plan, you won’t get the following features:

  • Affiliate management
  • Follow-up Funnels
  • Funnel Hack-A-Thon
  • Some FunnelFlix Videos
  • Priority Supports

ClickFunnels Platinum ($297 per month)

  • Unlimited sales funnels and pages
  • 3 sub-accounts
  • 9 payment gateways
  • 9 domains

Features included: All

ClickFunnels Two Comma Club X ($2,497)

  • Unlimited sales funnels and pages
  • 10 sub-accounts
  • 27 payment gateways
  • 27 domains
  • Features: All + Hours of additional FunnelFlix training

Final Thoughts: Unbounce vs ClickFunnels Review – Which Is Best?

That’s it! I hope you have enjoyed my Unbounce vs ClickFunnels review. As you have seen throughout, ClickFunnels has a few more features, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the best option for you.

The Unbounce landing page software performs better in terms of page load speed, and also has additional tools to help you improve your conversion rates, such as the smart traffic feature. Therefore, it depends on what you need. However, it’s not really designed as a sales funnel builder, so it will be slightly harder to create sales funnels using Unbounce.

But overall, I think that ClickFunnels is more suited for most smaller online businesses because it offers more features and better value for less money.

If you would like to try the ClickFunnels sales funnel builder and all the features it comes with, then click the button below to sign up for a 14-day free trial.

FlexOffers Review – Is It Worth Your Time In 2021?

FlexOffers review

Welcome to my FlexOffers review. In this article, I’m going to show you what this platform has to offer.

Since I’ve been involved in the affiliate marketing world for almost a decade now, I know a thing or two about picking great affiliate programs.

I found FlexOffers to be an excellent affiliate network with lots of opportunities, as it offers profitable programs in many categories.

FlexOffers is almost a little underrated because it doesn’t seem to have the same level of hype as other networks, despite having some BIG names on their network. But we’ll discuss that in more detail later in this review.

Keep reading to get an insight into how the platform works, what brands you can promote, and how to make money and succeed with FlexOffers.

FlexOffers Review: The Pros and Cons

Like any affiliate network, FlexOffers isn’t perfect, but it certainly has its fair share of perks and awesome benefits.

Here are the pros and cons of using the FlexOffers affiliate network.

FlexOffers Pros:

  • Thousands of FlexOffers advertisers to choose from
  • Lots of variety in categories, so you’re likely going to find something suited for you
  • An excellent number of payment options
  • There’s a variety of different affiliate program types (Cost Per Action, Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Lead, high-ticket, recurring)
  • Outstanding affiliate reporting and tracking

FlexOffers Cons:

  • After getting approval for FlexOffers, you still need to apply to each program advertiser
  • Support is basic/average

If the FlexOffers pros sound good to you and you can live with the FlexOffers cons then I highly recommend giving the network a try. You can sign up with FlexOffers here.

What’s Special About The FlexOffers Affiliate Network?

Compared to most other affiliate networks out there, I was impressed by the variety of their categories, and the affiliate programs they offer within them.

No matter whether you prefer getting paid per email sign-up, form submission, or for each sale, you should find an affiliate program that floats your boat.

Additionally, the FlexOffers affiliate program also does well in the tracking and analytics department.

You can generate detailed traffic reports enabling you to get the best information on which traffic sources are converting best for you.

Plus, you can track any conversions in real-time, so you always know how well your traffic is converting. This is excellent for when you implement a change and see what impact it has had on your performance.

The FlexOffers website

Who Owns FlexOffers?

Alex Daskaloff founded FlexOffers in 2008.

Alex is still the company’s CEO today and probably owns the majority, if not all of it. Since 2008, FlexOffers has seen tremendous growth and has managed to establish itself as one of the best networks in the affiliate marketing industry next to ShareASale and Co.

FlexOffers has a whopping 12,000 advertisers that you can promote. FlexOffers is also voted a top 10 network for 7 years in a row. Impressive.

Signing Up at FlexOffers

As an affiliate you can sign up to FlexOffers for free without having to pay a network fee. Make sure to sign up for a FlexOffers publisher account if you’re looking to promote products as an affiliate.

FlexOffers sign up page

You can use this link to go directly to the publishing setup page.

#1 Fill Out Your Publisher Application

First, you’ll be taken to the page shown in the screenshot below. From here, choose a password, fill out the information and submit.

(Insert screenshot)

#2 Fill Out Additional Information

On the next page, FlexOffers will ask you some basic information about you or your company. Once completed, hit submit and move onto the next step.

#3 How Will You Promote Your Links?

FlexOffers wants to ensure you aren’t promoting your links in some fishy way. So, select all the methods that you’re going to use.

Once you’ve selected your promotion methods, FlexOffers also asks you to confirm whether you use coupons, pop-ups, or comparison shopping.

I believe there’s nothing wrong with any of these, but they may do some additional checks on you if they apply to you.

#4 Verify

Next, you’ll need to verify your phone number and the ownership of the website you listed when signing up. The phone number is self-explanatory, and for the website, you have two options;

  • Adding a meta tag to your website
  • Uploading an HTML file to your server

If this is not familiar to you then don’t worry, it’s actually pretty easy. FlexOffers has a ‘how to’ guide for you to refer to. But failing that, you can also just download the HTML file and then contact your hosting provider through tech support and ask them to upload it to your server.

Next, hit verify.

Congrats, you’ve completed the signup process.

From here, FlexOffers reviews your application and will let you know via email if you have been accepted.

FlexOffers Brands and Products

FlexOffers brands

Now, to continue my FlexOffers review, let’s look at some of the Brands and Products you can promote.

The FlexOffers affiliate program has over 12,000 advertisers in a large variety of niches. You’re bound to find something here that floats your boat.

However, FlexOffers is not the best network for digital products.

If you’re looking to promote any courses, E-books, or anything similar, FlexOffers is probably not the best option. As an alternative, you can have a look at ClickBank and JVZoo.

Don’t get me wrong, FlexOffers does have some digital products on their affiliate network. However, this kind of product is not their main focus.

As you can see below, there is a massive variety of niches available:

  • Automotive
  • Business
  • Careers
  • Clothing and Accessories
  • Consumer Electronics
  • International
  • Digital Products
  • Education
  • Energy
  • Entertainment
  • Family
  • Financial Services
  • Health and Wellness
  • Home and Garden
  • Insurance
  • Legal Services
  • Lifestyle and Recreation
  • Media
  • Mobile
  • Online Services
  • Seasonal Promotions
  • Shopping
  • Sports and Fitness
  • Telecommunications
  • Travel

FlexOffers also has brands of all sizes on their network, ranging from relatively small to huge enterprises like Adidas.

You can search the network by category, advertiser name, or you can even sort the listed affiliate programs by how well they perform.

Category list

FlexOffers also has a ‘featured advertisers’ section where you can find affiliate programs that have are especially recommended by Flex.

The advertisers in this section are the ones who have increased their commission rate by at least 40%. So checking this page frequently can help you to earn some extra commissions.

featured advertisers

Interestingly, some affiliate programs on the network offer better commission rates through FlexOffers, than what they offer through their own private program.

Sounds weird, right?

So, why do they do this?

Despite them having to pay some fees to FlexOffers, it’s still worth it. This is because FlexOffers can provide them with a large volume of sales, thanks to its massive army of affiliates.

So, you can find some pretty sweet commission rates through FlexOffers, which is one of the reasons it’s my top choice of affiliate network.

When you’re browsing for products to promote, look for the “premium advertisers” to find the best commission rates.

Bear in mind that you will need to apply separately to each advertiser and then wait for them to review and approve your application before you can start promoting.

Types Of Offers & Affiliate Programs

Now, continuing on in my FlexOffers review, I’m now going to tell you about the types of offers available at FlexOffers, and the different ways to make money.

This is one of the significant differences between FlexOffers and other networks, as they have 5 different types of offers you can promote.

It’s very nice to have the flexibility of being able to choose what kind of promotional activities you are paid for. Of course, not all of the affiliate programs on the network will have all of these options for you to choose from though.

Cost Per Action (CPA)

The first type of affiliate program on FlexOffers is the Cost Per Action. Here, you are paid for an action that your referral performs, for example, a click-through to a specific page.

This is usually the lowest-paid option because it’s the easiest to generate. However, because you don’t need to rely on actually making sales you should be able to get more people to take action. It’s a great way to make money and earn a commission if you’re new to affiliate marketing.

Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)

With cost-per-lead offers, you get paid each time you generate a lead for the advertiser. The amount you get paid will usually vary, depending on how much info the user has to submit. If it’s just an email lead, you will probably only be paid around 0.80 cents to $2.

However, if they have to answer several detailed questions, you can get as much as $50 to $100 per lead, as the lead is then considered to be more valuable.

Cost-Per-Sale (CPS)

This is the most common to earn money when it comes to affiliate marketing. Cost-Per-Sale is basically where you get paid a percentage of the total sale. How much you are paid depends on the production cost, and how much the brand offers to pay you when you generate sales.

As a publisher, you can expect to be paid around 5 to 10% of the total sale price for most physical products, which is pretty decent. For digital products, that percentage will, of course, be much higher, usually ranging from 20 to 75%.

However, each advertiser on the network has its own affiliate manager. Often, the commission that is offered on FlexOffers is not the only % the affiliate manager will be able to pay you. If you have a decent amount of targeted traffic, and if you’re able to offer the affiliate manager some extra exposure then it is often possible to get a commission bump.

To do this, just reach out to the affiliate manager of the particular program you want to promote and start a conversation.

At the end of the day, if you don’t ask, you don’t get!

High-Ticket Offers

FlexOffers also has high-ticket offers that you can promote. As the name suggests, these are products with high prices, usually over $500. Obviously, the benefit here is that you will earn a higher commission per sale.

Not always, but in most cases you will need to up your affiliate marketing game beyond merely writing product reviews in order to make regular high-ticket sales. Having said that, high-ticket offers are a great way to quickly boost your income.

If you’re interested in earning high commissions then I recommend to sign up to FlexOffers and browsing all the programs in your niche and compiling a list of the best ones that fit your audience.

Recurring Commission Offers

Finally, there are also recurring offers, a.k.a, the commissions we all love for passive income. As the name suggests, you are paid recurrently for each sale you make. This is my favorite way to earn money as an affiliate.

Many subscription offers use this commission model, and so you will earn a recurring monthly commission for as long as the customer continues to pay for the service each month.

You refer your customer once, they pay monthly, and you get a piece of the cake – every single month.

When it comes to affiliate marketing, building up a solid income of recurring commissions is definitely a great strategy.

If you like the sound of earning recurring passive income then check out my article on the best recurring affiliate programs.

FlexOffers Ease Of Use

Overall, FlexOffers is very easy to navigate.

The only other minor complaint I’d have is the color scheme and design of some of the pages on the platform. I know this is probably me being very picky, but some of the colors of the pages (a lot of blue and black) make it quite hard to overview.

By design, I’m talking about some of the blocks used on the pages. They look pretty basic like they just came from a standard WordPress template. However, the back-end of the platform doesn’t have the WordPress look at all.

The poor design is particularly noticeable on the help center, and on the login page. However, this is not the end of the world.

Despite those minor complaints in usability, FlexOffers is pretty easy to use – and provides you with a great dashboard from which you can access everything you need to start promoting offers and earning money.

Finding Affiliate Offers

When it comes to affiliate marketing, being able to find great products that convert well for your niche is essential. FlexOffers makes it easy for you to find the best affiliate offers on their network for you to make money with.

To start searching for advertisers, simply click on the ‘Advertisers’ tab and then select a search method.

Search advertisers

As you would imagine, the advertisers are broken down into different categories. FlexOffers also provides you with a number of useful filters to help you.

I would say, though, that the advertiser section is slightly overwhelming at times, but this is simply because there are over 12,000 of them to go through.

Once you click on the affiliate program, you get some basic information about it. Additionally, FlexOffers also shows you data for the advertisers, like the average earnings per click (EPC), allowing you to choose the most profitable programs quickly.

After you click on an affiliate program, you’ll see the promotional material and some information about the brand.

But yeah, in terms of finding good products to promote – the FlexOffers network is great.

Create Affiliate Links

Creating affiliate links with FlexOffers is also very easy. You can create deep links for most advertisers using the deep linking tool. This means that you have the ability to link to any page on the advertisers website that you want using this tool.

Deep linking is great because it can help you to increase your conversion rate considerably by sending your visitors directly to the pages that are of most interest to them.

However, for you to create deep-links, the product vendor must allow it on their affiliate program. Most of the FlexOffers advertisers do, but some, for whatever reason, don’t have this feature set up.

If this is a big deal for you, you can use the filter to show you only the brands that allow deep linking.

Besides your normal links, you can also easily generate banners in HTML, which you can add to your website.

Reporting and Analytics

After logging into the dashboard’s home screen, you’ll have a nice and clear overview of your analytics, as you can see in the image below. These reports are in real-time.

You can even filter these analytics to show a particular time period (for example, activity in the last 1 hour).

This is your overall network analytics, but you can see more specific information after clicking on whichever metric you want to see in more detail.

For example, after clicking on your sales, you’ll be able to see which affiliate program they’ve come from. You can then go into even more detail and find out which page they came from, etc.

The level of detail of the reporting and analytics is also something that I am impressed with on the FlexOffers platform. As a publisher, this is very important because it helps you determine which of your traffic sources is converting best.

If you still need more detailed reporting on your affiliate links then I recommend using one of these 3rd part link trackers.

FlexOffers Support

Support is one area where there is room for improvement on FlexOffers.

The reason being is that there is only ticketing support, which can be very annoying. However, from my experience, they are usually fairly fast to answer any tickets. Although it can take up to 2 days, for me, it’s usually always been around a day or so.

Still, if you have an urgent issue that needs dealing with quickly then unfortunately there’s no way to speed up the process.

On the other hand, with 12,000 advertisers registered on the network, you have to imagine how many affiliates also use the platform. FlexOffers would need a pretty big team to provide live chat support to all of those publishers.

Is FlexOffers TrustWorthy?

Yes, the FlexOffers affiliate network is trustworthy. Not only has FlexOffers been around since 2008, but it has also partnered with many globally recognized brands like NorthFace, Adidas, BT, Disney, ESPN, and more.

These types of brands would not be partnering with an affiliate network that isn’t trustworthy. The company has a 13-year track record of successfully connecting publishers to brands, and they have also been voted in the top 10 affiliate networks in the industry for the last 7 years straight.

The only thing I would say to be aware of is the individual affiliate programs. FlexOffers is a huge network with over 12,000 merchants – meaning they probably don’t have the time to continuously check each brand’s quality, customer experience, etc.

So, if you want to make sure that you only recommend good brands to your audience, I would also suggest doing a little research on each advertiser before promoting them.

For example, you might find an advertiser listed on FlexOffers but has a ton of customer complaints online. In this case, they’re probably not worth promoting because your customers will likely also end up with a bad experience.

Overall though, most of the programs on FlexOffers are highly trustworthy – and they do have to jump through some hoops to get onto the network in the first place.

Final Thoughts

That’s it! I hope you have enjoyed my FlexOffers review.

FlexOffers is an outstanding affiliate network where advertisers and publishers can work together to make money. There’s a huge appeal here for a wide range of publishers working across different markets.

The network has an impressive variety of affiliate programs and offers that you can promote. So whatever your niche is, you’re likely to find something that suits you and your audience.

FlexOffers has some excellent tools for affiliate marketing such as deep linking, and comprehensive analytics to help you improve your conversion rate. Ultimately, the platform gives you everything you need from an affiliate network.

Now you’ve read my review, if FlexOffers sounds good to you then you can give it a try yourself and a try yourself and sign up to FlexOffers for free here.

ShareAsale Review – Is It Worth Your Time In 2021?

ShareASale review

If you’ve been searching for a great affiliate platform with tons of high-quality products that pay you out regularly then ShareASale might be one of the best programs for you.

They have some excellent merchants, some of which pay you high or even recurring commissions. However, ShareASale doesn’t suit all affiliates.

This article is a complete ShareASale review, where we’ll look at everything you need to know about the platform.

I’ve used ShareASale for over three years now and have earned as much as $6,980.13 in a single month. So I can personally vouch that there is a lot of money to be made with ShareASale.

Does that mean you will sign up and start earning those types of numbers straight away?

No, it still depends on your experience with affiliate marketing and your work ethic, just like any other performance-based marketing. However, if you stick with me throughout this article, I’ll be able to share some tips that have helped me succeed as a ShareASale affiliate.

ShareASale Review Summary

ShareASale is an excellent and trusted network that puts lots of effort into pleasing both the affiliate and the merchant.

It has a great variety of trusted brands that you can promote, ranging from physical products (clothing, furniture, etc.) to SaaS (software as a service), WordPress themes, etc.. Plus, it also gives affiliates valuable data and metrics to help you identify the most profitable affiliate programs. But I’ll talk about that in more detail soon in this article.

However, despite all this – finding a great affiliate program is not a golden ticket to success. And it’s not always about picking the most profitable affiliate program. You also need to choose a program that is best suited for your audience.

Keep reading my ShareASale review for my insights on the network, as well as my tips to help you succeed on the platform.

The ShareASale affiliate network

Who Owns The ShareASale Affiliate Network?

ShareASale is owned by Digital Window Ltd, which is a company owned by Awin, another big affiliate network player. They’ve been around since 2000 and have a great reputation in the affiliate industry. Therefore, you can assume that the company knows a thing or two about affiliate marketing.

ShareASale is an actual dinosaur in the affiliate marketing world, as it’s been around since the turn of the century. Twenty years ago I had only just figured out how to turn a computer on and had no idea what affiliate marketing even was. Yet, even at that time they had people signing up to their network every day to either list their products or to find affiliate offers to promote.

Man, I wish I knew about affiliate marketing back then, I would have jumped on it straight away! In my opinion, affiliate marketing is one of the best financial opportunities that exists at the moment.

Anyway, ShareASale is definitely one of the earliest companies in this industry. This means they have a proven track record. This is always an important thing to look for. You don’t want to spend your time working with crappy networks stop paying you, or they pay you incorrectly, or they disappear completely!

It happens… not cool!

ShareASale Pros and Cons

Before we get into the meat of this ShareASale review, here are the TL;DR pros and cons of being a ShareASale affiliate.

ShareASale Pros:

  • Massive selection of trusted merchants with lots of variety in the industry, product type, etc
  • High potential to earn good money per sale with a lot of programs listed
  • ShareASale shows you data like the average earnings per click (EPC), helping you find the best programs
  • ShareASale has been in business for a long time, so you’ll be dealing with a trusted company
  • While commission rates depend on the program, they are decent, often ranging from 10% to 40%
  • It lets you deep link for all vendors, which will help your conversions
  • Easy to join with reasonable requirements to get accepted (you do, at least, need a basic website)
  • Basic but good affiliate link tracking
  • Direct deposit, Payoneer, and check payment methods
  • Easy to use platform with almost no learning curve
  • Quite good support if you have issues

ShareASale Cons:

  • Many merchants require approval before you can promote them
  • Some affiliate links can cause slight issues in WordPress
  • Analytics not in real time
  • No PayPal as a payment method

Signing Up To ShareASale

ShareASale is a free platform for affiliates. You will not need to pay a fee to join, or pay any fees to use any of the features and tools. Once you’ve opened your account, been approved and have access, you can get to work straight away on making your first sale.

To open a ShareASale account successfully, you must go through a simple process and meet the following requirements:

  • You must have a website using a top-level domain such as .com, .net, .org
  • You must have a custom email address, i.e.,
  • You must be able to provide accurate information about where you live, your age, etc

This isn’t a lot, and it’s pretty easy to get approved. They also don’t allow adult, illegal drugs, or any websites of that nature.

Here is the process you need to take to sign up.

1. Sign Up For a Publisher Account:

You can head on over to ShareASale and sign up for an affiliate account here. Then, choose a username and password.

Signing up to ShareASale

2. Fill In Your Domain Name & Email

As mentioned, ShareASale only want serious publishers, so they want to see your website and the custom domain email. So, make sure to use a live site that looks good and has at least a few articles that are already published, else you will not be accepted into the program.

3. Provide Real Contact Details

Ensure to provide valid contact details. They might verify your deets to confirm they are real.

4. Set Your Payment Method & Accept The T&Cs

Finally, for the last step of the process you need to set your payment method. After all, once you make your first sale you’ll be keen to know how you get paid! (More on that coming up).

If you’re not sure what payment method you want to use yet then you can do this later. If you’re in the US or UK, direct deposit is probably the easiest option. Of course, that’s up to you, though.

And if you are in a country where the direct deposit option isn’t available, Payoneer should be, which is excellent as well.

Once you have selected your preferred payment method, double-check your application, review and accept the T&Cs, and submit.

Brands and Products

ShareASale is an excellent choice for many affiliates because they have such a massive variety of merchants that you can promote. The categories range from physical products like clothing and jewelry to software and web services.

I also particularly like ShareAsale for its niche diversity. There are products on this network that could be sold to people in a wide variety of niches.

In total, ShareASale partners with a whopping 15,200 merchants across all sectors. Of course, I can’t give you a complete list of them here in my ShareASale review as there’s just so many.

However, you can take a look at the ShareAsale categories as well as a selection of some of the merchants you can promote as an affiliate marketer on this page of the ShareAsale website.

Brands listed on ShareASale

I have picked out some notable brand names that you’ll likely recognize.

  • SEMRush
  • NameCheap
  • OptinMonster
  • TailWind
  • ClickMeter
  • Reebok
  • Bear
  • Molecule
  • Cloudways
  • Wp Engine
  • Claire’s
  • Weebly

Overall though, the average merchant on ShareASale isn’t a huge enterprise business. There are some (like Reebok), but most are smaller companies. This is quite good for you and me because it generally means that we are offered much better commissions, some of which are pretty juicy..! Not only a crappy 2-4% per sale commission on low ticket product sales, like “you-know-who associates”!

I also wanted to give you a list of categories on ShareASale so you will know if they’ll have products your audience will like before you sign up:

  • Automotive
  • Clothing
  • Commerce
  • Career/Jobs/Legal
  • Health
  • Home & Garden

  • Financial

If you’re lucky enough to be in a niche where you have several choices of merchants you can promote – it may be worth testing different ones to see which converts best for your traffic.

Just because one merchant is offering higher commissions than the other doesn’t mean they will convert best with your audience.

Sometimes, a merchant that pays you less that another competitor on ShareAsale may have a much higher conversion rate. So in this case, you’d likely be better off to promote the lower paying product because you’re just gonna be able to sell a lot more of it.

This is why it’s always a good idea to run A/B tests on products. If you’re using a good link tracker that has a split test rotator you can then run traffic to multiple offers to see what one converts the best for you.

If you still need to get something like this setup then I recommend you check out my article on the best link tracking software tools here.

Also, despite ShareASale only allowing reputable merchants onto the platform, I still recommend doing a little research on all the brands you are thinking of working with. Doing so will allow you to recommend the products with the best reputation, and limit any potential issues you might have with the vendor.

Those who take affiliate marketing seriously aim to build a solid reputation for their own brand. This is a lot of work. You don’t want it tainted by promoting crappy merchants.

So, take a look at the merchants reviews, customer experiences, and anything else you can find to ensure that your audience will appreciate your recommendations. Ultimately, this will help your conversions, too, because your traffic will likely do some research of their own before purchasing too.

How To Get a Commission Increase On ShareAsale

Bonus Tip: In most cases, the product owner does have the ability to increase your commissions. Often, the standard commission that is first offered is not fixed.

This gives you a great opportunity to significantly increase your income. Some merchants ShareASale has listed will want to see that you have at least made a few sales for them already. Others will be happy if you can prove that you are already generating a decent amount of targeted traffic.

So, you can contact the merchants (via the affiliate program manager) and negotiate higher commissions if you have a site that will generate a lot of targeted traffic and sales.

In some cases I have also managed to do this with websites that aren’t generating a huge amount of traffic, but my site was highly targeted to the niche.

Basically, it’s always worth asking. The worst thing that will happen is that the merchants say “no”.

Not the end of the world!

I have done this multiple times, and many vendors are often open to increasing your commission rate in exchange for some extra exposure.

Here are a few things you can offer a merchant in exchange for a commission bump:

  • The top spot in a roundup review (make sure that you also genuinely think the product deserves the top spot. Don’t do this just for the commission)
  • A site-wide banner on your blog (this could be in the sidebar or a horizontal banner that appears at the top of all your posts)
  • Feature the product in a site-wide and/or homepage popup
  • Feature the product in a fixed site-wide top bar (a.k.a ribbon)
  • Rent your Facebook pixel to the vendor
  • Offer to write detailed, hands-on product reviews
  • Offer to run a special promo of their product to your social media following or email list

Often just offering 1-3 of these things can be enough to encourage the commission increase. I usually first offer two of the above. However, in most cases many merchants are interested in well researched product reviews. The most high-value reviews to offer is either a YouTube review, or a blog post review on your website.

I also let them know that I am open to suggestions if there’s something else that I might be able to do for them.

How To Get Free Product Samples From Merchants

Often, many of the merchants will send you a free product sample, or allow you to use their service to test it out. This way you can then create a detailed review of the product from personal experience.

While some merchants will even let you know that this is a possibility in their T&C’s, many will not mention it unless you ask.

However, in most cases they will only send out free samples to affiliates with an established audience.

Again, it’s a case of, ‘if you don’t ask, you don’t get’.

If you have an audience, then often you will get, if you ask… And the worst that can happen is they say, ‘no’, so it’s not a big deal, and it’s always worth reaching out to find out!

Here’s a few things to include in your pitch:

  • Show them your website, or landing page
  • Tell them you have an established, targeted audience
  • Tell them about any sales that you you might have made fro them or for a competitor
  • Tell them your traffic sources
  • Tell them about your experience with affiliate marketing
  • Tell them you think your audience will love their product, and you want to feature it prominently
  • Tell them you’d like to create a hands-on review for your audience, and ask for a product sample

Wait for them to review your pitch and get back to you. Simples!

Affiliate Program Ease Of Use

Overall, ShareASale is straightforward to use. However, certain parts of the website look slightly outdated – but this won’t affect your use of the website or success with the platform.

It’s easy to find your way around. I also like that you can dee your balance of commissions earned as soon as you login to your dashboard.

As the ShareASale dashboard is simple, you shouldn’t have any issues finding a good merchant to with, creating affiliate links, and tracking your stats.

The only place where it does harm the ease of use a little is the help center. It looks like it’s about twenty years old. But I’ll talk you through that in a little more detail later.

Finding Affiliate Programs

ShareASale also provides you with search functions like filters to help you find good merchants to do business with. And of course, you can sort for products to promote by category too.

As an example, you can search for an affiliate program in the web services category that have an avg. EPC of $2.

Some other affiliate networks don’t give you this data, let alone these filters for your searches. So it’s a helpful feature to have, as it makes finding the best programs to review before you promote them much easier.

ShareAsale also have their own ranking system they call ‘Power Rank’. All the products are rated based on how well they convert (similar to ClickBank’s ‘gravity’ metric).

Brands that convert well have a power rank of less than 1,000, 1 being the absolute best that a brand can be ranked. So you can search for merchants that have a Power Rank of less than 1,000, for example, and review the list that ShareASale brings back.

As I mentioned earlier, many of the programs will want to approve you manually, however, some will auto-approve you. So, if you’re just getting started then you can also add ‘auto-approved brands’ to your search parameters too.

Creating Affiliate Links

If you have good experience with affiliate marketing then you will know how important it is to be able to use affiliate links that connect your visitors directly to the product.

The really good vendors on ShareAsale will provide you with a selection of affiliate links to different products, as well as any special offers they are running. However, some merchants only provide you with a limited amount of affiliate links, and in some cases, only an affiliate link to their homepage.

Fortunately, ShareASale comes with a tool that quickly lets you create affiliate links for any page you like on the merchant websites, a.k.a deep links.

For example, if you’re promoting a specific product, you can create an affiliate link specifically for that product in your ShareASale account. You can then send your traffic straight to that product with your new affiliate link instead of having to send them to the homepage, and then rely on the customer to search for the product themselves on the merchants website.

Research shows that deep links can improve conversions by 63 to 99%. So it’s essential as an affiliate marketer to use them if you want to get the most out of your traffic.

Bonus Tip: Make sure that the content message of your web pages, and where you are sending your visitors match. Deep links will help you improve conversions, but you will lose sales if there is a disconnect between your page and the page on the merchants website.

It’s super-easy to deep-link on ShareAsale. Here’s a quick video below to show you how to do it in your ShareASale account.

Promotional Assets

Most of the merchants on ShareASale provide you with promotional assets for you to use such as banners, Ads, images, text links, and sometimes promo codes and special offer links.

However, the assets they provide depend on the merchant. If you find that the promotional assets are limited for a product you want to promote then you can always reach out directly to the programs affiliate manager.

One thing I like about the ShareASale network is that they allow the product owner to attach your affiliate link to images and banners. This makes it quicker for affiliates to grab the assets and embed them directly into their websites.

However, if you have a WordPress site and you choose to display the images and banners by using the embed code, then it is important to know that sometimes the tracking can be off.

This happened to me with one of my promotions.

Once I switched the images and banners for a .jpg file and manually attached my affiliate link, my ShareASale account began registering a lot more clicks. Although this way is a lot more time-consuming, it is absolutely worth doing if your account is not registering your clicks properly.

Reporting and Analytics

ShareASale’s reporting and analytics are also quite impressive. You can see exactly which of your affiliate links convert the best, where your traffic comes from, etc., allowing you to make the best decisions as an affiliate marketer.

On the downside though, the stats are not in real time. There’s a lag time of a few hours. Still, the info you can get from the analytics area is pretty decent.

I’ve used many affiliate programs, and it can be so annoying if the reporting sucks. If you can’t tell where the sales come from, you can’t put more of your efforts into what’s working, which harms your overall growth.

Getting Paid With ShareASale

Let’s look at how you can get paid with ShareASale.

Payment Methods

ShareASale has three payment methods:

  • Payoneer
  • Direct deposit
  • Check

The only risk with a check is that it could get lost in the post. This isn’t a huge risk, but I always prefer to receive my payments via direct deposit whenever possible. Besides, you’re also gonna have to wait longer to receive the check, and also make a trip to the bank to deposit it.

When Does ShareASale Pay Affiliates?

I know a lot of you who are reading this ShareASale review will want to know when and how you will get paid.

ShareASale’s system pays affiliates on the 20th of every month. I then find that the money turns up in my account usually about 2-3 days after this, so don’t worry if your payments don’t also hit your bank account on the 20th. This is normal.

However, if the 20th is on a US holiday or a weekend, the payments are delayed until the next business day.

Payment Threshold

The payment threshold on ShareASale is $50. If we compare this to many private affiliate programs where the threshold is $100, ShareASale does pretty well. Besides, if you’re serious enough to have a website and a custom domain, you hopefully won’t find it too hard to earn $50.

Affiliate Marketing Support

The ShareASale support team is very knowledgeable and offers quite good support for affiliates. Personally, I have always managed to get my issues resolved. However, it can sometimes take a couple of days for their support to reply. Unfortunately, they’re only available via email.

Besides the support team, they also have a help center with a dinosaur-like, horrible-looking outdated design. You could use this thing in a history lesson in a couple of years to show school kids what the internet first looked like… Yep, it’s that outdated. However, it does work.

ShareASale support center

Despite the outdated design of the support center, it does have some helpful info docs that affiliates can refer to that may solve your question. In this case you will then not need to contact support at all and wait for a reply.

But support is one area where there is room for improvement on ShareASale, especially the email response time.

ShareASale Alternatives

Finally, I wanted to look at some alternatives that you may also want to check out too. After all, you can work with as many networks as you like! Let’s take a look.

FlexOffers is an extensive affiliate marketing network with 12,000+ affiliate programs that you can sell.

They range from digital products to automotive and consumer electronics, so you’re likely to find something that’s suited for your audience.

I was also very impressed by FlexOffers’ tools to help you find affiliate programs. Similar to ShareASale, you can select filters and get lots of data for choosing the right website.

The one thing I don’t really like about FlexOffers is the design of some of the website. It almost looks like the standard WordPress design.

That being said, it’s a great network for affiliate marketing.

ClickBank is one of the most popular affiliate networks on the internet too. Unlike ShareASale, it’s mainly known for digital products. So, if you’re looking to promote educational courses or something similar, Clickbank might be the better choice for you.

Because most (but not all) of the products are digital, the commission rates are higher, usually around 50 to 75%. I would say though, that while there are a number of good products on this network, there are also merchants that aren’t as trusted as those that you will find on ShareASale. So make sure to research anything you promote first.

I created a guide on how to make money with the ClickBank network, which you can check out here.

Impact is also a popular affiliate network. Compared to ShareASale, and some of the other alternatives, it’s more of a big brand network. Some of the brands you can promote include Adidas, Airbnb, Lenovo, and HBSC – so there are some huge names here.

However, keep in mind that because of this, the commissions will, in most cases, be smaller. Still, you will benefit from the trust that these companies have, which should help your conversions a little.

Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate) is also one of the best affiliate networks out there. On their network, their affiliates generate a whopping $1.2 billion in affiliate commissions per year. That shows just how massive this network is.

So it’s no surprise that some of the biggest publishers in the world, like CNN or Buzzfeed, use this affiliate marketing network. I also like CommissionJunction because they offer a lot of specialized guidance for their affiliates, which increases your chances of success.

ShareASale Review: Final Thoughts

As you have seen from my ShareASale review, this network is great for both beginners and those who are more experienced in affiliate marketing.

ShareASale is a reputable company with an excellent network that is free to join for affiliates. It doesn’t matter if you use websites to promote your affiliate links, or if social media and YouTube are more your thing. There’s something here for everyone.

Not only does ShareASale offer a huge variety of affiliate programs and brands, but it also offers an easy-to-use platform with:

  • Tons of products in a wide variety of niches
  • Filters and data to help you find the best programs
  • Deep linking to help you get the best possible conversions
  • Detailed reporting to help you double down on what’s working

All in all, I think ShareASale provides its users with everything a good affiliate network should have.

If you would like to join up as an affiliate, you can head over to the ShareASale website using the button below and follow the instructions I laid out earlier. Just make sure you have a live website and a custom domain email first.

ClickFunnels Review – Is It Really Worth Your Money In 2021?

ClickFunnels review

If you want to get more customers and subscribers or increase your sales then chances are you need a sales funnel.

Maybe you’re already using sales funnel software, but you’re now looking around for an alternative that is easier to use and converts better.

There are a lot of ClickFunnels reviews out there that have been written by people who only promote ClickFunnels as an affiliate, but haven’t actually used it themselves.

I have been using this software in my business for a while, so in this ClickFunnels review, I’m going to give you an honest take on this sales funnel builder and let you know what I really think of it.

ClickFunnels TL;DR Overview

If you haven’t got time to read about the specifics of the various ClickFunnels features then here are the TL;DR highlights:

  • Core offering – the sales funnel landing page builder
  • Easy to use drag and drop builder
  • One of the best page builders around
  • ClickFunnels memberships sites are quite good, but not the best
  • The webinar feature is good but is only for live webinars
  • Conversion optimization features
  • Affiliate management is ok, but there are better alternatives out there
  • Autoresponder and affiliate management features only available on the Platinum plan

What Is ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels homepage

ClickFunnels launched in 2014 and is now a massively popular brand. The company has had tremendous success in becoming a multi-million dollar a year business in just a few short years. The owner, Russell Brunson did this impressively with no venture capital!

So, what is ClickFunnels? ClickFunnels is software that helps you build landing pages and sales funnels.

By using the page builder you can:

  • Build all kinds of sales funnels
  • Increase your ROI with upsells, down-sells, order bumps, and one-time offers
  • Create squeeze pages
  • Create landing pages
  • Build a membership site
  • Promote webinars

If you’re a ClickFunnels Platinum user (the top-level account), then you get a few additional ClickFunnels features to use. In particular, you get access to the BackPack feature, which allows you to create your own affiliate programs.

If you’re on the Platinum account then you can also replace your third-party autoresponder with ClickFunnels’ very own Follow-Up Funnels if you wish.

Besides these additional two features, there are also several other nice benefits you get with each account, which I’ll cover in detail in this article.

ClickFunnels is currently the leading landing page and sales funnel builder out there, and one of the most popular marketing tools. At the time of writing this ClickFunnels review, there are just over 111,000 people who use this marketing software for their online business.

Who Is ClickFunnels For?

ClickFunnels is for anyone who is either wanting to generate more leads online or who wants to sell a product or a service.

The majority of people use this marketing software to sell their own products and services online. However, the cool thing is you don’t actually even need your own product to sell. This is because you can use this tool to build an online business promoting other people’s products as an affiliate. Many people also use ClickFunnels to promote an MLM opportunity.

Here are some things you can do with ClickFunnels:

  • Lead generation
  • eCommerce
  • Sell digital products
  • Affiliate marketing
  • MLM
  • Promote webinars
  • Local business lead gen and sales
  • Membership sites
  • B2B sales
  • Sell services

One of the reasons ClickFunnels attracts so many users is because they have a very high number of highly successful members. The company is very vocal about this, which attracts a lot of attention.

More than 700 entrepreneurs have used ClickFunnels to generate over $1,000,000 in revenue through a single sales funnel.

That’s pretty impressive!

As a way of publicizing this fact as much as possible, the company showcases these entrepreneurs’ success stories in their 2 Comma Club. This is basically the exclusive club that you will gain access to once you also achieve $1,000,000 in revenue through a single sales funnel.

If you choose to work with ClickFunnels as your main marketing tool then there are only really two pricing tiers to consider – Standard and Platinum. The third plan is very expensive and is really only appropriate for large organizations.

A traditional sales funnel

Who Owns ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels is owned by the parent company, Etison LLC, which is ultimately owned by the famous marketer, Russell Brunson.

Russell Brunson has been in the game for a long time and has made a fortune selling info products in various markets. He is now best known for his contribution to the digital marketing world through his training courses and, of course, for giving birth to ClickFunnels.

Funnels are a core part of most online businesses and can help tremendously to improve conversion rates. Without a tool like ClickFunnels, you would need to integrate a number of different software products in order to have a working sales funnel.

That’s a real headache, and it can also get really expensive doing things that way round!

Russell said he first created ClickFunnels to solve this issue in his own business. However, once he saw the potential of it, ClickFunnels then became the business!

ClickFunnels Pros and Cons

Before we get into the details of all the ClickFunnels features, here’s a high level overview of the pros and cons of ClickFunnels:

ClickFunnels Pros

  • All in one tool
  • Easy To Use
  • Good sales funnel flow
  • Lots of templates
  • Good analytics
  • A/B Split Testing
  • 14-day free trial

ClickFunnels Cons

  • Learning Curve
  • No blogging feature
  • Quite Pricey

ClickFunnels Review: The Features

Now let’s take a look at all the features you get with ClickFunnels. Bear in mind, not all of the ClickFunnels features are available on all of the pricing plans (see ClickFunnels pricing, below), but I will explain all that in this article.

Landing Page and Funnel Builder

This is ClickFunnels’ core offering – They have one of the best landing page and funnel builders on the market.

You can use it to quickly build sales funnels from scratch or modify one of the many pre-existing funnels ClickFunnels offers.

The drag and drop builder is easy to use and allows you to create any kind of marketing funnels or landing pages you want.

The ClickFunnels page builder comes complete with the ability to add all the necessary pages you will need to have in a working sales funnel, including:

  • Landing pages
  • Squeeze pages
  • Upsell pages
  • Downsell pages
  • Order forms
  • Thank you pages
  • Webinar pages

Using ClickFunnels, you can have your sales funnels selling physical and digital products, services, promote affiliate offers, sell your online courses, and build membership sites.

Another popular reason to use ClickFunnels is to use it to build a lead funnel and grow your customer list. ClickFunnels has many awesome, high-converting lead funnel templates that have already been pre-designed for you.

You can simply insert your lead magnet into one of the templates, make a few tweaks to your headline, hook up your autoresponder and you’re pretty much ready to start collecting new subscribers and customers.

If you prefer to build your own sales funnels from scratch then you can do that too.

the ClickFunnels funnel builder

Funnel Templates

ClickFunnels provides you with all kinds of ready-made funnel templates to use. These templates have been designed by folks who are pros at building funnels. You can use them as-is, or edit them to your heart’s content.

The templates area is broken down into categories. Then, each category has a load of templates that you can choose from. You can pick the one you want and change anything from the text to images, to the colors and even the overall design.

Here’s an example of some templates that you can find in the library:

  • Webinar templates
  • Sales Funnel templates
  • Lead gen templates
  • eCommerce templates
  • MLM templates
  • Brick and mortar templates
  • Membership site templates
  • Lots more
ClickFunnels funnel templates

Membership Sites

One of my favorite ClickFunnels features is the membership site builder. If you run online courses where people need to access a member’s area to watch your videos then this will be a handy feature for you.

While ClickFunnels membership sites are easy to build, and you can customize them to look pretty cool, they’re not the absolute apex on the market.

If a membership funnel is going to be the center of your business then you might want to consider using something like Kajabi. It’s like ClickFunnels, but with a better membership site builder. However, bear in mind that the ClickFunnels page builder is far superior to Kajabi’s. You will be able to build much better sales funnels with ClickFunnels.

If this is an important consideration for you then you can read by detailed comparison between ClickFunnels and Kajabi here.

Main ClickFunnels membership site advantage: You can integrate it directly with your marketing funnel. ClickFunnels is the market leader when it comes to sales funnels. They’re super-easy to use, and their templates are high-converting.

Main ClickFunnels membership site disadvantage: You’ll also need to pay for 3rd party video hosting solution like Vimeo or Wistea to host your videos, then embed them inside your member’s area. While this is a solution, it will probably cost you around an extra $99 per month to use Vimeo or Wistea.

Autoresponder (a.k.a Follow-up Funnels)

ClickFunnels has its own built-in autoresponder, which is called Follow-up funnels. Email marketing is such a core part of any successful online business that it makes sense that ClickFunnels include this feature.

However, the disappointing thing is that Follow-up Funnels is only available to you if you’re a Platinum user.

While Follow-up Funnels is good, it’s certainly not the best email marketing tool out there.

Follow-up funnels will give you quite good automation features and decent analytics on your customers. However, there are a lot of other email marketing tools online that are much better, and most, if not all of them will integrate with ClickFunnels, so this isn’t really a big deal.

Hint: GetResponse and Aweber are great options to choose that are also very affordable.

Related: The best rated email marketing automation tools

If you run a regular webinar as part of your marketing and sales process, then ClickFunnels can make this process much easier for you.

ClickFunnels comes with its own autoresponder (Follow-up Funnels) built into the system, so you can connect it directly to your sales funnel, and host your webinar inside the funnel itself.

While the webinar feature is available on all ClickFunnels plans, you’ll need to be on the Platinum plan if you want to use the Follow-up Funnels autoresponder. Alternatively, if you’re on the Standard plan then you can very easily integrate a 3rd party autoresponder like GetResponse or Aweber with ClickFunnels, and this problem is solved.

Main ClickFunnels webinar advantage: Host your webinars inside your sales funnel, or, since you also have membership sites built into ClickFunnels, your members can be invited to watch live webinars inside your member’s area.

Main ClickFunnels webinar disadvantage: You’ll need to use a 3rd party webinar streaming service like Zoom or WebinarJam and integrate it with your sales funnel. This feature also only works for live webinars, not auto-webinars.

Affiliate Management Dashboard (a.k.a BackPack)

Besides Follow-up Funnels, the BackBack feature is the other ClickFunnels feature that is only available to Platinum users.

With BackPack, you can use it to create your own affiliate programs for your products. Then, you can recruit an army of affiliates to go out and promote your products for you. This is a great marketing strategy to use and is applicable to most online business models.

Inside the affiliate dashboard, you can manage your affiliates, set commission rates, track their sales, and provide them with affiliate tools to use.

While the BackPack software is quite good, it is also fairly basic. If creating a program for your products is a central part of your business and then BackPack will do the job for sure, but it’s not the best option out there. If you need something more advanced then I would recommend using ThriveCart or GrooveFunnels.

A/B Testing

When it comes to your sales funnel, knowing exactly what’s working for you and what is not, is critical to the success of your online business.

ClickFunnels has a cool A/B testing feature built into their software. It allows you to pinpoint exactly what it is that is either hurting or enhancing your funnels’ success.

Once you’ve built your sales funnel you can use the A/B testing feature to duplicate your funnel, and then make small changes to the duplicated funnel. For example, you might only want to test the headline. In this case, you can use one headling in funnel A, and a different headling in funnel B.

ClickFunnels will then allow you to send an even amount of traffic to both A and B landing pages over time. You can then measure the stats of each of the landing pages to see which one converts the best.

You can repeat this process for different aspects of your funnel too, such as the button color, size, and position, the font size, color theme, and even the overall layout of your sales funnel. All these things may have an impact on how well your funnel is converting.

When A/B testing, I recommend you only test one feature at a time, otherwise you will not know exactly which element is making the difference for you.

ClickFunnels editor showing the A/B testing function

FunnelFlix is a cool, new feature that ClickFunnels added to their offering back at the end of 2019. It’s basically Netflix, but for marketers.

The layout is similar to Netflix, hence the name, but instead of movies and TV shows, FunnelFlix is full of training courses that can help you grow your business.

Of course, since Russell Brunson is the owner of ClickFunnels, all of his popular training courses can be found inside of FunnelFlix.

However, it’s not just Russell’s courses that are in there.

FunnelFlix also has courses and training videos from highly successful entrepreneurs and business leaders including Tony Robbins, John Reese, Jay Abraham, Frank Kern, and many more.

It’s actually a pretty awesome library of marketing and entrepreneurial training. If you’re an internet marketing course junkie like me then you’ll love getting inside of FunnelFlix.

It’s kinda like being a 5-year old that’s been left in charge of a candy store! The only drawback though is that not all the training courses are available on every plan.

If you’re on the standard plan then you’ll have a nice selection of training to get you started. However, you’ll need to upgrade to ClickFunnels Platinum to unlock all the courses.

Since a lot of these courses sell for hundreds, and even thousands of dollars each, I know some people who have upgraded to ClickFunnels Platinum for a few months to binge-watch all the content they were interested in. Then, they just downgraded back to the ClickFunnels Standard plan afterward because they didn’t need any of the extra features that come with Platinum.

Inside FunnelFlix you’ll find courses on:

  • Sales Funnel Building
  • eCommerce
  • Paid Ads
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Outsourcing
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Lead Generation
  • Email Marketing
  • Traffic Generation
  • Growing a Brick & Mortar Business
  • Running an Agency
  • And More

ClickFunnels Review: What I Like About It

While ClickFunnels is not perfect, there’s a lot to like about it.

The ease of use of this tool makes it a great choice for people who are new to starting an online business, or for those entrepreneurs who want a no-nonsense tool that can get the job done quickly.

Besides this, here are the things I really like about ClickFunnels.

Share Funnels

Share funnels are an ingenious addition to the ClickFunnels suite. This feature allows you to share an entire sales funnel with another user simply by sending them a unique link to the template.

When the other user clicks on the share funnel link, the funnel template will be automatically pulled into their account.

Sounds cool, but why is this useful?

Here are some ideas on how you can use this feature:

  1. You build sales funnels for clients and sell them the finished product. Similar to building a website, except you’d build the funnel in your own account, show it to them once it’s finished, and then send them the share funnel link once they have paid you for the sales funnel. If they don’t yet have a ClickFunnels account then you can also get them to sign up through your affiliate link and earn an additional monthly commission on their account too.
  2. You are in an MLM opportunity and you use sales funnels to generate leads, recruit new members, and sell your products. You can share your funnel with your team members so they can be successful too.
  3. You promote ClickFunnels as an affiliate and one strategy you use is to build sales funnels for different purposes and then offer to give the funnels to people for free in exchange for signing up to ClickFunnels through your affiliate link.

These are just some ideas, but there are a lot more ways in which you can use this cool feature.

Ease of Use

One of the biggest reasons ClickFunnels is popular is because it’s just so damn easy to use. The drag and drop page builder is fast and fun to work with.

Having a huge library of sales funnel templates and landing pages that have already been designed for you also makes it super-quick to get your funnel set up and ready to rock.

Lots of Good Page Elements

When I first started using the page builder I was really impressed by the range of elements that are available in the drag and drop editor. It has more or less everything you will need to build great-looking and high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.

Great Affiliate Program

ClickFunnels has one of the best programs in the online marketing space. They have great products that convert really well, and often have special ClickFunnels offers that you can promote to earn extra commissions.

This program also has some high paying affiliate products. When promoting the ClickFunnels software itself, you will earn recurring commissions on a monthly basis for everyone who signs up for an account through your link, and for as long as they choose to use the software.

Funnel Fridays

If you need inspiration or instruction to design a specific funnel then Russell Brunson and Jim Edwards do a live webinar every Friday called Funnel Fridays.

Each Friday they show you how to build a different type of funnel, and show you live how to set it up and create your copy.

Weekly Peer Review Hack-a-Thons

Building landing pages and sales funnels that convert is both a skill and an art that takes time to master. While a lot of people have success right out of the gate by just using the free templates that are available, others need a more advanced funnel design.

If you need extra help then you can hop onto one of the free weekly Hack-a-thons to get a few expert funnel builders to look over your funnel. They’ll suggest tweaks you can make to your funnel to help you improve your design and conversion rate.

This is great, but the downside is that you’ll also need to be a Platinum user to attend. If you’re a Standard user then don’t worry, you can always upgrade to Platinum for a month to get a pro set of eyeballs on your funnel, and then just downgrade back to the Standard plan the next month.

If you’re on the Standard plan then think of it this way – you’re currently paying $97 per month. ClickFunnels Platinum costs $297 per month. You’ll pay an extra $200 to upgrade for a month and get advice from someone who’s a professional at building funnels.

That’s a great deal!

And you can also max out a few of the premium training courses in FunnelFlix while you’re at it.

Membership Sites Are Easy To Build

When I first built a membership site using ClickFunnels I was surprised at how easy it is to set up. You can also customize your landing page with the drag and drop editor, and also spruce up your member’s area and make them look really cool.

ClickFunnels Review: What I Don’t Like About It

Resource Limits

When you first sign up for an account you’ll probably first go for the Standard plan, unless you already know that you need the extra features and resources that come with the Platinum plan.

However, on the Standard Plan, you’re limited to only 3 custom domains, 20 funnels, and up to 100 pages. While this is plenty for a lot of businesses, some entrepreneurs who run multiple businesses will probably want to upgrade their plans at some point.

It’s Quite Pricey

While ClickFunnels does give you a lot for your money, it’s still quite pricey.

On the one hand, ClickFunnels can save you a lot of time building your business, and we all know that time = money. However, $97 per month for the basic plan is quite a lot, especially if you’re just starting out.

If, however, you’re making regular online sales through your marketing funnel then you will find that the ease of use and the time saved far out weights the cost of using ClickFunnels.

ClickFunnels Pricing

ClickFunnels has three pricing plans, which start at $97 per month for the Standard plan. The next account level up is the Platinum plan which costs $297.

Lastly, there is the Two Comma Club X plan at $2,497 per month. Don’t worry, in most cases, you won’t need to use this last plan unless you’re a multi-million dollar company, in which case you’d be able to comfortably afford it anyway.

While these plans may sound expensive, it’s worth bearing in mind that ClickFunnels has a range of built-in features that would cost you a lot of money if you were to pay for them separately through several different providers.

Now, I’ll also break down exactly which features you get on each of the pricing plans and which ones you don’t, as well as the resource usages.

ClickFunnels Review FAQ’s

Inevitably, you will still probably have a load more questions even after reading this ClickFunnels review. Here are the most commonly asked questions about this marketing and sales funnel software product.

What Is ClickFunnels Customer Support Like?

In my opinion, ClickFunnels support is very poor. They used to have live chat, but they took that away. Unless you’re paying for the 2 Comma Club X plan then you can only reach them via email. While I personally have always received a reply from support when I needed it, I often had to wait several hours, and sometimes up to 24 hours for a reply.

If you want phone support then it’s only available on the 2 Comma Club X plan, which is out of the price range of most people.

Can I Use Custom Domains?

Yes, you can use up to 3 custom domains on the standard plan, and up to 20 on the Platinum plan.

Is ClickFunnels Better Than Shopify?

This depends on how you’re running your eCommerce business. If you only sell one or a few products in your store then ClickFunnels can help you improve your conversions considerably.

If you need an eCommerce store with a large product range then Shopify will be better for you. If you want to know the details between these two, then you can read my comparison of ClickFunnels and Shopify here.

Are People Making Money With The ClickFunnels Affiliate Program?

Yes, most of the ClickFunnels products, including the software itself convert very well. I have been making money consistently myself every month promoting ClickFunnels since 2019.

There are also many highly successful affiliates in the ClickFunnels Avengers (affiliate) group who make a full-time income promoting ClickFunnels.

However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that you will too. Your success will largely depend on your work ethic and skill level as an affiliate. In my opinion, it is one of the best programs for beginner affiliates out there, as well as those who are more experienced.

Do I Need Marketing Experience To Use ClickFunnels?

No, you don’t need marketing experience to use the ClickFunnels marketing software. While there is a learning curve, it’s easy to use and there are a ton of training videos on YouTube.

ClickFunnels also provides its own training videos too. If you need more marketing training then you will also benefit from the marketing courses inside of FunnelFlix.

Do I Need My Own Product To Use ClickFunnels?

No. If you don’t have your own product or service to sell then you can use this online marketing tool to promote affiliate products.

Is ClickFunnels a Scam or Legit?

ClickFunnels is a legit software company owned and operated by Etison LLC. ClickFunnels is one of the most respected funnels and landing page builders in the industry and is currently the market leader.

Is There Any ClickFunnels Training?

Yes, ClickFunnels provide their own free training videos and docs on how to use the software. There are also a ton of free training videos on YouTube. For marketing training, you will get access to a number of courses inside of FunnelFlix.

Is There a ClickFunnels Discount Coupon?

No. At this time ClickFunnels does not offer any discount coupons or promo codes. However, they do have several special offers you can take advantage of including the Funnel Builder Secrets package, and the Funnel Secrets package.

Can I Get ClickFunnels For Free?

Yes, you can get ClickFunnels for free, but only for 14 days on the free trial. After this time you will have to upgrade to a paid account.

Do I Need a Website To Use ClickFunnels?

No, you do not need a website to work with ClickFunnels. You can create a landing page and send traffic directly to it without needing a website. The page builder makes it very easy for you to create beautiful-looking landing pages that convert well. You can then run traffic directly to your landing pages.

Do ClickFunnels have a free trial?

Yes, ClickFunnels has a 14-day free trial.

Final Thoughts

As you can see from my ClickFunnels review, this sales funnel and landing page builder has quite a few features that can help you to make more sales and grow your business quickly online. ClickFunnels is used by both small businesses and large organizations.

So, is ClickFunnels worth the money?

On the one hand, it can save you quite a bit of money otherwise needing to use additional 3rd party software tools. However, the price point for the basic plan is quite high for small businesses and solopreneurs.

Having said that though, once you make your first break-even funnel where ClickFunnels isn’t actually costing you anything to use anymore then it’s just a matter of tweaking your sales funnel until you’re profitable. Then rinse and repeat as you need!

If you want to test it out for yourself then you can get a ClickFunnels free 14 day trial here.

How To Make Money With ClickBank In 2021

ClickBank and income reports

If you’re interested in affiliate marketing and are wondering how to make money with ClickBank then the chances are you may have already tried to promote some offers on the platform but have not had much success.

ClickBank is often the first place newbies go when they begin affiliate marketing. However, with little or no online marketing skills it can be very difficult to make money with the offers.

They then take to the forums to complain that it’s not possible to make money on ClickBank as an affiliate.

The real problem is they’re lacking the know-how to bring in the bucks.

If this is you then don’t worry, you’re not alone. I was also once in your shoes, but I figured it out.

While it’s not my main online income stream anymore, I still promote ClickBank offers today and earn an average of $100 – $200 per day on this platform.

In this post, I will tell you exactly what works when it comes to making money with this platform. I explain how to choose the right offers, how to bring the traffic and the best ways to get them to convert into sales.

What Is ClickBank

ClickBank is primarily a digital marketplace for affiliates and product owners, also known as vendors. However, since around 2018 ClickBank now also offers a range of physical products.

In a nutshell, they provide a platform for product owners to house their products where they can be easily found by affiliate marketers who may want to promote them.

When you first sign up for an account you will be asked to either register as an affiliate or as a vendor.

While it is free to register as an affiliate, there is a charge for product owners when they create an account.

This article will focus on how to make money with ClickBank as an affiliate as this is by far the easier route to take.

In many cases, the product owners you find on ClickBank first started making money online as an affiliate and then moved into product creation later.

Most commonly, you can find products to promote such as eBooks, video courses, audio downloads, and software. However, you can also find some physical products like supplements and cosmetics.

ClickBank Overview

  • A Product Marketplace For Affiliates
  • An E-Commerce Platform For Information Product Owners
  • Physical products such as supplements, books, DVD’s, cosmetics, food products, and fitness equipment
  • Offers digital products such as eBooks, video courses, audio downloads and software

Is ClickBank Trusted

Yes, ClickBank is one of the longest established online marketplaces with hundreds of thousands of affiliates using it.

While you can promote a wide range of products through this platform, they are primarily known for their huge range of educational products across a large number of niches.

To give you an idea of the size of the company, ClickBank has a yearly sales revenue close to a quarter-billion dollars. According to BusinessWire, more than 30,000 ClickBank transactions are created on a daily basis across more than 190 countries.

It’s fair to say they’re a pretty big player in the industry.

Pros & Cons of ClickBank

Personally, I really like ClickBank. They were the first affiliate network I ever signed up with back in 2012 and they’re still one of my primary revenue sources today.

As an affiliate, it’s super simple to get started, you can sign up quickly and start promoting offers straight away and you don’t need approval to promote the vast majority of products, unlike many other networks.

Here is my ClickBank pros and cons list:

ClickBank Pros

  • High commissions, sometimes above 75%, some as high as 90%
  • Some offers have recurring payments
  • Some products also allow you to make money on upsells
  • Fast payouts to affiliates – they pay out once per week (and after 2 weeks)
  • Easy to use and newbie friendly
  • Wide range of niches
  • Wide range of products
  • You can sell to people in most countries around the world

ClickBank Cons

  • Very high competition on popular products
  • A lot of crappy products to sift through to find the good ones

How Much Money Can You Make With ClickBank?

The amount of money you can make depends on things like your experience, skill level as a marketer, which products you choose and how you promote them. Some people only make a few sales here and there, while others make hundreds of dollars per day.

It is absolutely possible to make $200+ per day as an affiliate with the ClickBank platform. I know from personal experience. I have also had the occasional day where I’ve made over $500 on this platform. There are also people out there who make far more money with ClickBank than I do.

Please bear in mind that it is not reasonable to expect this level of income from ClickBank straight away if you are a newbie. It will take you some time to learn what offers to convert the best in your niche and how to promote them.

How To Make Money With ClickBank – My $200 Per Day Model

When promoting any affiliate offer, it all boils down to three main parts:

  1. Product
  2. Traffic
  3. Conversion

Each one of these parts is a skill that you will need to learn.

The first skill is learning to recognize good products and how to choose ones that are right for your audience. This is an easy skill to master, by far the easiest of the three parts.

I will go into detail on how you can master this skill in the next section below.

The second part is the traffic. This is arguably the most important job of an affiliate.

Why is it most important?

Because the product vendor will have done a considerable amount of work (and also likely spent a lot of money) making sure their products convert well. All you need to do is get the right eyeballs to see the product.

That’s not to say affiliate marketers do not need to understand conversion, which brings me to the third part.

Some of the most effective ways to promote affiliate products are by using pre-sell pages, bridge pages, and funnels, which I will go into detail later in this article.

On these pages, it’s your job to warm up your audience and create enough curiosity, intrigue or desire to click on your affiliate links. The better you are at this part the more products you will sell.

Being able to track exactly where your sales are coming from is also very important if ou want to be able to scale your affiliate income.

ClickBank will allow you to add a tracking ID to your affiliate links. However, if you want to have above average success as an affiliate then I highly recommend using more advanced link tracker software. That way you will be not only be able to get more analytics on your traffic, you will also be able to test out multiple offers at once to see which ones work the best for you.

How To Choose Good Products On ClickBank

One of the most important pieces of the puzzle to get right is choosing good products to promote.

While there are a lot of great products in the marketplace, there are also a lot of crap ones too.

If you choose the wrong product for your target audience or one that just doesn’t convert well then you will not make much money.

When scouring the marketplace for a product you want to sell, you first need to know what the different ClickBank metrics are. Don’t worry, they’re pretty simple to understand and there are only a few of them. Take a look at the box below.

ClickBank Metrics

  • Initial $/sale: The average commission per sale
  • Av %/sale: The average percentage the affiliate makes per sale
  • Grav: Stands for “Gravity” – represents the number of affiliates who successfully sold the product over the last 12 weeks
  • Avg Rebill Total: Products that have a monthly subscription and offer a rebill to the referring affiliate will show the rebill amount here in USD
  • Av %/Rebill: The percentage of the rebill paid to the affiliate

Product Research

In my opinion, besides using the above metrics to choose your products, it is also important to learn to recognize what kind of products will sell well and why. This is largely based on the product’s landing page.

Here’s a method you can use to learn to recognize the best offers.

  1. To start with, go onto the ClickBank marketplace and click the ‘advanced search’ button.
ClickBank marketplace - product research

2. Then, in the Gravity field, enter ‘50’ and click ‘search’.

ClickBank marketplace options with gravity score

This will show you all products on the marketplace regardless of niche with a gravity score higher than 50.

Now, I am not telling you to only promote products with a gravity higher than 50, that would be dumb.

While products with a high gravity may convert well, they will also be very competitive so choosing them will depend on your skill level and also whether on not you already have traffic for the niche.

This step is ONLY a way for you to learn what a high converting product’s sales page looks like, not the process of choosing your product. Bear with me…

When you do this search, you will get a list that looks something like this.

ClickBank marketplace results

Notice the high gravity in the screenshot above. Since these products have high gravity and, therefore, have a high number of regular sales, they will likely have very high converting sales pages.

Yes, there are products on the marketplace that convert great with a much lower gravity score. However, for this exercise we’re just trying to isolate a few products to take a look at that will have a high chance of having professional sales copy that converts at a high rate. Then, you can study them so you can learn to recognize what works.

  1. Spend some time looking at a number of different sales pages, watch the videos, and read the content to see what they have in common. Don’t worry, you won’t need to do this every time you pick a product. This is only to help you learn to recognize a good sales page when you see one.
  2. Note the following:
  • Is the sales page a video sales letter (VSL) or a long-form sales letter in written format? (Both work, but in my experience, VSL seems to convert better, although this can also vary from niche to niche)
  • Does the sales page look professional?
  • Does the sales page look cheap or dated?
  • Does the sales page have a catchy or emotive headline?
  • Does the page have clear buy now or add to cart buttons? (bear in mind, some VSL’s use button delays, which means the button will only appear once the person gets to a certain point in the video)
  • Does the page have an emotive call to action?
  • Does the sales content draw you in by stimulating curiosity, intrigue, or even fear?
  • Does the video or written content aim to sympathize with the potential customer’s problem?
  • Is the page over-salesy?

Doing this will help you to become good at recognizing products that have the potential to sell well, but do not necessarily have very high competition.

Two other things to look for in a good product:

  • Customer testimonials – This offers social proof and helps to increase conversions
  • A good affiliate resources area – The serious product vendors will also provide resources for their affiliates, such as banners, content ideas, email templates (known as swipe files), done for you ads, and a number of different landing pages you can send your traffic to. A good resource area like this shows that the company cares about its affiliates, will likely have good support in place and also likely be around long-term

One of the most popular ways to promote ClickBank products is to write a review on it for your blog or create a review video for your YouTube channel.

It’s always worth reaching out to the product owner to ask for a “review copy” as many of them will be willing to give you access for free if you can convince them you’re gonna be spending considerable time promoting them.

While some vendors will say no, in my experience most say yes. After all, you don’t have anything to lose by asking. Be professional, courteous, and send the email from a domain level email (ie yourname@yourdomain .com, not from a Gmail or Hotmail account) to give yourself the best chance of getting a “yes” from them.

How To Choose A Niche

Once you’ve got a clear idea of what a high-converting landing page looks like, you need to think about what niche you want to work in.

Many people jump into a niche purely out of passion. While there are benefits to choosing a niche that you are passionate about, it’s not the only thing you should consider.

For example, you may be super-passionate about growing daffodils, but if there are not many products for you to work with and if there’s not a huge demand for something like a daffodil growing eBook, then you’re probably not going to do very well.

Here are the things to consider when choosing a niche:

  • Are you passionate or at least, have an interest in it? – Being interested in the subject will help you to keep going when things get tough
  • Is there a hungry buying audience? – If people are already spending money in this niche then it’s a great sign
  • Does the niche have a capable buying audience? – A niche can have a lot of interest, but not enough that a person would part with money to learn more about it. Other niches may have an audience, but the audience is not capable to buy. An example of this is a product that is aimed at kids young enough not to have a credit card and would, therefore, need to ask their parents before they buy something. While kids can be very persuasive when asking their parents to buy them something, it puts another obstacle between you and getting paid.

I also recommend choosing an evergreen niche, that way your business will always be relevant and have people who are interested in what you’re selling.

Different Ways To Promote ClickBank Offers

There are a number of ways people try to promote ClickBank offers, some are more effective than others.

Good affiliate programs will provide you with banners you can put on your site. When clicked, they will take the visitor to the sales page.

However, banners do not convert very well. If this is all you are doing then you will likely not make much money promoting the offer unless you have a very high amount of relevant traffic.

Having said this, they’re still worth using to bump up your sales and dress up your blog.

Contextual Links

These are links within the body of the content. While I have had good success linking directly to an affiliate offer directly from content, this method is not as effective as it used to be and is also kind of a lazy way to promote your offers.

picture of a contextual link

Bridge Page Or Pre-Sell Page

This method is far more effective than linking directly to an offer via the body of the content.

In this method, you create your own pre-sell page or bridge page to pre-sell the product before you send the person to the offer.

This helps to warm them up and prepare them for what they will find on the product sales page.

A great way to increase your conversion rate is to offer your visitors bonuses when they buy a product through your link.

You can offer things like an eBook, a mini video course you created or even a piece of software you own, for example, to entice them to buy through your link.

To make your pre-sell or bridge pages effective you will need to learn at least the basics of copywriting in order to increase your conversion rate. A great resource I recommend for beginners is the Copywriting Secrets book.

Product Reviews

Product reviews are great when targeting product review type keywords. However, in many niches, these product review keywords are often very competitive.

Basically, you write a review of the product or create a video talking about the benefits and features, give your opinion on it and then link to the product.

Send People To a Own Funnel

This is definitely one of the most effective methods for promoting affiliate offers. There are a number of different ways to use a funnel, but here is a simple and very effective method you can use:

Step 1: Find, buy or create a lead magnet relevant to your niche that you can give away as a free gift in exchange for someone’s email address.

Step 2: Once they click the button to opt-in, immediately send them to a second page in your funnel where you offer them either;

– a free product that leads to a paid offer later
– a very low no-brainer offer
– a free webinar that sells a product at the end, which you make a commission on

Step 3: Once they opt-in on the first step of the funnel, they join your mailing list where you can then build a relationship with them by offering value. You can then promote relevant offers to them and they will be more likely to buy since they know, like and trust you and feel that you offer them a lot of value.

There are many different tools you can use to create your funnel, but a few good options are ThriveLeads, ClickFunnels and CartFlows.

I have used both tools in my business and they work really well. If you are using WordPress then ThriveLeads may be the better choice for you as it integrates easily with WordPress. If you are using ClickFunnels then all you need to do is link to your funnel from your blog.

How To Drive Traffic To Your Offers

Once you have chosen your product and set up your funnel you need to have at least one way, but preferably several ways to drive traffic (visitors) to your opt-in funnel.

It’s advisable not to rely on just one traffic source. If something happens to that source of visitors then you’ll have big issues.

This happened to me in the early days. I was relying too heavily on SEO traffic. It was working really well for me, but then Google had an algorithm update and I lost a large chunk of my traffic overnight.

This can happen to any of the traffic channels you use. YouTube can decide one day they don’t like your channel and shut you down. Pinterest, Instagram or any other social media platform you’re using can change their terms of service. PPC ads can become too expensive to bring a decent ROI.

I don’t say this to scare you, but to get the point across why it’s important to diversify your traffic sources. However, in the beginning, it is wise to establish one traffic source first to a good level before building new ones.

Below are some of the most commonly used traffic sources.

Blogging (SEO)

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is the process of optimizing your website to rank high in the search engines. Most people focus on ranking in Google because Google accounts for over 70% of all search traffic on the internet.

Although it can take some time, usually months before you get much traffic through Google, once you do, SEO traffic is fairly passive and low maintenance.

Once your site has a high amount of traffic in your niche, new articles can start to rank fairly quickly and with less effort.

It takes quite a lot of work to rank number one for medium and high competition keywords. A great strategy to get started is to target long-tail keywords with low competition in your niche.

Paying for pay-per-click ads on places like Google or Bing can get very expensive. However, one of the main advantages is you can get traffic much more quickly.

PPC is not recommended for beginners. There’s a learning curve with PPC and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you can soon burn through a lot of money with little to no return.

It is definitely a skill worth learning, but I would recommend establishing one or two free traffic streams first and get some sales coming in so you have some cash to invest in your ads.

YouTube is another really popular traffic source. Many people think of YouTube as a social media platform, but it is actually a search engine. Not only that, it is the second-largest search engine in the world, after Google.

Using YouTube is a great way to promote affiliate offers. Most commonly, people create “how-to” or “review” videos and then direct the viewer to click the link below the video (their affiliate link) to check out the product, find out more or to opt-in for their free lead magnet.

I’m not a huge fan of social media myself, but as far as it goes, I really like Pinterest for affiliate marketing. The reason is that the Pinterest algorithm acts in a similar way to search engines. By creating Pins, you can send people directly to your blog posts, landing pages, and funnels.

Pinterest has a mostly female user base, so if your audience is primarily women and also has a strong visual aspect to it then it can do very well here.

Don’t be put off though if your niche demographic is mostly men. Pinterest is a rapidly growing platform and around 40% of new accounts are created by men so this could all change over the coming years.

Instagram is fast becoming one of the most popular social media channels, second to Facebook.

Like Pinterest, if your niche has a strong visual appeal, for example, you’re in the fitness or cosmetic niche then Instagram is definitely a traffic source you will want to tap into.

Many people believe that Instagram will be more popular than Facebook in a few year’s time. It is especially popular with the millennial generation.

Still the most popular social media channel with around 2.45 billion monthly users. Facebook has all types of people of all ages from all walks of life.

Unfortunately, the Facebook Fan Pages are not as effective as they once were a few years ago since they made some changes to their algorithm. However, currently, Facebook is massively favoring Facebook Groups and many marketers and business owners are having great success building an audience on this platform through both free and paid groups.

Social media is an excellent way to quickly tap into good sources of traffic. However, what I don’t like about this method is that it’s not very passive and requires constant engagement from you in order to maintain the interest of your audience. The alternative is to pay someone to manage your social media channels for you to free up your time.

Facebook ads are also very popular, but they are fast becoming expensive to the point where your ROI can be reduced considerably.

If you’re planning to do Facebook ads then be aware it is a very different traffic source than some of the other methods above.

Facebook ads use “interruption marketing.” This is basically when a person is not necessarily in a buying mode (they likely did not go to Facebook to look to buy something), but you interrupt what they are doing online to show them your ad. YouTube ads are another example of this.

While these types of ads do, of course, work, I’m sure you, like me, would agree they can also get very annoying.

Compare this to “search intent marketing.”

This is when someone is actively looking for your product. The person goes to a search engine (or a platform that works like a search engine), like Google, Bing or YouTube and they search for what they are looking for.

If you can get in front of these people you will generally have a higher chance of getting the person to check out your offer and also less risk of pissing them off in the process.

Making Money With ClickBank – Final Thoughts

ClickBank is a great place to get started with affiliate marketing. It’s also popular with veterans as it has such a huge range of products, high commission percentage levels and they pay their affiliates quickly.

It’s absolutely possible to build a good income using ClickBank. However, it’s very important to choose the right products to promote and have a good strategy in order to be successful.

One Funnel Away Challenge Review: Should You Take The Challenge?

The OFA Challenge review featured image

If you’re looking to start a business online or you want to scale your existing business with sales funnels to increase your revenue then you may have come across the One Funnel Away Challenge.

The One Funnel Away Challenge has created a lot of talk online recently with quite a few people sharing the results they’ve gotten in a relatively short space of time.

However, not everyone has success when they go through the 30 Days Challenge.

So, why is that..?

There are several reasons, which I will share with you here in my One Funnel Away Challenge review.

Although I do honestly think it’s a great course, it is not for everyone, so please do read this article before you buy the One Funnel Away Challenge.

I also recommend you check out the FAQ’s at the bottom of this page.

What to know the next One Funnel Away Challenge start dates?

What Is The One Funnel Away Challenge?

The One Funnel Away Challenge is a 30-day, step-by-step training program to help you to build a sales funnel and launch a successful business online.

In the training, the coaches give you detailed instructions from start to finish along with ready-made sales funnel templates to help you get set up as quickly as possible.

The training focuses on these main areas:

  • How to find a niche that you will be able to make money in
  • How to quickly create your own products
  • How to craft an irresistible offer
  • How to build a sales funnel that converts visitors into buyers
  • How to establish and build your brand
  • How to get traffic to your funnel and start making money

If you don’t have or you don’t want to create your own products then you can also use the One Funnel Away Challenge for affiliate marketing and promote other people’s products as an affiliate.

You will need to follow along with the training and complete the missions each day so you don’t fall behind.

You can’t skip ahead as each mission will automatically unlock on a daily basis.

Personally, I like this approach as it has proven to work in getting more people to take action and get the tasks done. This makes it far more likely for a person to have success with the One Funnel Away Challenge.

You're just one funnel away

What You Get When You Sign Up For The One Funnel Away Challenge

When you sign up for the Challenge you actually get a lot for your money.

When you buy the One Funnel Away Challenge, you get the following:

  • 30 Days Training With Russell and The Coaches
  • Summit Interviews
  • OFA Challenge Kit

What’s In The One Funnel Away Challenge Kit?

The One Funnel Away Challenge Kit is a box about the size of a large shoebox that will get shipped to your house.

Inside the box you get the following:

The One Funnel Away Challenge Workbook

The workbook is for you to use during each day of the Challenge. It contains the mission briefs and activity sections for you to fill out each day as you build your sales funnel.

The Hardcover Book

The book is a large 541-page hardcopy book. It contains the exact strategies the top 30 two Comma Club members have used to earn over $1M from a single funnel they built using ClickFunnels.

MP3 Player

The One Funnel Away Challenge MP3 player contains the recordings of each of the mission training over the 30 days.

The MP3 player is great if you need to refresh on the training. You can listen while you’re out shopping, working out, or doing your daily chores.

What Are The Summit Interviews?

When you join the One Funnel Away Challenge, you will get access to your member’s area, regardless if you have signed up early and the Challenge has not yet started.

Inside, you will see the Summit Interviews, which are interviews with 30 highly successful ClickFunnles entrepreneurs. These people have all made at least $1,000,000 through using a ClickFunnels sales funnel.

Each interviewee shares the strategies they would use if they had to do it all over again from scratch. The premise is, if you lost all your money, your reputation, your client base and your traffic sources, what would you do to earn everything back in 30 days?

During each interview, the entrepreneurs share the exact strategy they would use and show you the blueprint for the sales funnel they would set up to make it happen. That’s pretty awesome!

How Much Does The One Funnel Away Challenge Cost?

Right now, you can sign up for the One Funnel Away Challenge for just $100.

Personally, in my opinion, this is a crazy low price for the amount of value you get.

For example, I know people who have paid the $100 just because they wanted the book and other people who have joined just to get the summit interviews.

Having been through the training myself, I would say the core training of the Challenge alone is worth 10X the price you pay.

When Are The Next OFA Challenge Start Dates?

The One Funnel Away Challenge is not open to join at any time, but they do run it fairly frequently at the moment.

However, there has been talk that ClickFunnels may not continue to run the Challenge in the future.

So, if you’re interested in doing the Challenge then I highly recommend registering for the next event now.

You can check the next One Funnel Away Challenge start dates here:

What You Will Learn In The One Funnel Away Challenge

When you register for the One Funnel Away Challenge, besides having access to the summit interviews and the book, you will learn how to build a business from start to launch in 30 days.

The One Funnel Away Challenge cuts out all the crap you don’t need to know. It get’s straight to the point to get your funnel up and running, and focuses on the core things to do to launch your sales funnel.

The coaching is broken down into different modules over  5 weeks. Here’s what you’ll learn during each week.

Pre-Training Week

This preliminary module will be unlocked straight away, regardless if you sign up to the Challenge early and it hasn’t started yet.

This module is focused on getting the right entrepreneur mindset in order to have success online.

While this module is definitely worth taking, I must warn you, it is also a bit of a pitch-fest for their height-ticket course, Funnel Builder Secrets.

While Funnel Builder Secrets is a great training package (I also bought it myself), you do not need it to achieve success with the One Funnel Away Challenge.

If, however, you do decide to upgrade and buy the Funnel builder Secrets package, you will get very detailed marketing training for building and launching your own products.

You will also get other advanced coaching programs and a considerable price reduction on your ClickFunnels subscription as well as access to the copywriting software program, Funnel Scripts.

If you want to know more about the Funnel Builder Secrets program then you can see the info and pricing here.

Now, Funnel Builder Secrets aside, when you first sign up for the One Funnel Away Challenge, all of the summit interviews will also be unlocked. So it’s well worth signing up for the Challenge early so you can have time to go through some of those interviews before the core modules start.

If you join the One Funnel Away Challenge and don’t have time to watch the summit videos before then that’s no problem as you can also watch these any time you want since you’ll have lifetime access to them.

OFA Challenge pre training week

Week 1

During the first week of coaching, Russell, Steve, and Julie first train you on how to choose a great niche that you will be able to make money in.

Then, Russell explains how you can spy on your competitors sales funnels and discover exactly what they’re doing to have success, what kind of products they are promoting, how they’re putting their offers together, and how they’re getting their traffic.

Russell explains how you can create your products very quickly while Julie shows you over her shoulder, exactly how to do the steps.

You will learn how to get your logo and eCovers done to make your products look really professional.

OFA Challenge week one

Week 2

In week 2 you’ll learn all about creating on different platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, podcasts, and blogging.

Russell will teach you how to craft the backstory behind your brand, how to come up with compelling hooks that will hook people into your content and ultimately buy from you and how to put it all together in a way that people will find engaging.

OFA week two

Week 3

Week 3 is when you start to create your sales funnel.

Russell starts off by explaining the core funnel strategy so you understand how it all works.

Fortunately, you don’t have to build your sales funnel from scratch.

Russell gives you a massive shortcut by giving you 5 different sales funnel templates that are already set up for the training. All you need to do is pick the one you want to use and customize it as they show you.

Over the week, you’ll be setting up the squeeze page, the sales page, the OTO page (one time offer), and the member’s area. You’ll also be plugging in all the pieces of the product you made in the previous weeks.

OFA week three

Week 4

In the final week of the training you’ll be learning about the three different types of traffic and how to flood your funnel with highly targeted potential customers.

This is the week when you can actually start to make money with your sales funnel.

While a number of people have made sales with their funnel even before the 30 days Challenge has finished, most people do not.

For most, they then need to continue to drive traffic and build their audience over the following weeks and months and make tweaks to their sales funnel and offer.

The One Funnel Away Challenge final week

Who Are The OFA Challenge Coaches?

Now let’s meet the One Funnel Away Challenge coaches. You’ll have sessions with 3 top-level online marketers, each with their unique skill sets.

Russell Brunson

Russell Brunson is the brains behind ClickFunnels and is regarded by many as one of the most successful online entrepreneurs of our time.

He’s a master of marketing strategy, sales, conversions, and traffic.

Each day begins with training from Russell on the daily mission. He will give you a high-level overview you need to complete each step of the training.

He’ll help you put all the pieces of the puzzle together so you can see how everything works. Then, it’s Julie’s job to give you the nuts and bolts coaching on how to actually fit all the pieces together.

Julie Stoian

Julie Stoian is a key figure in ClickFunnels and is the Vice-President of Marketing for the company. She’s a successful entrepreneur in her own right and a member of the famous two Comma Club.

In her training videos, Julie will show you the “how to’s” of Russell’s training. She will show you over her shoulder, how to complete the assignments for each day in a step-by-step process.

Stephen Larsen

Stephen Larsen, another two Comma Club members, is also a key figure in the ClickFunnels company.

When he first joined the company he sat next to Russell for 2 years. He learned everything there is to know about funnel building and online marketing business directly from the master himself.

In the Challenge, you will have daily coaching calls with Stephen to give you deeper insight into the day’s lessons and motivate you to stay on track.

He’s kind of a crazy guy, fun and full of energy. The One Funnel Away Challenge was my first introduction to Stephen and at first, I thought, “who is this crazy guy..?!” But when he shares his insights, man, I was really surprised at the depth of knowledge and understanding this guy has.

Some of the things he shares are also profound. I had several light bulb moments listening to Stephen.

Who Is The Challenge For?

I’m gonna warn you now, the One Funnel Away Challenge is not for everyone.

If you want to build an online business around any of the following models then the One Funnel Away Challenge is for you:

  • Creating your own digital products
  • Selling physical products
  • Selling services such as coaching and consulting
  • Promoting other people’s products as an affiliate

You also need to be prepared to put in the time and effort to do the work and not expect to be a millionaire overnight.

Who The OFA Challenge Is NOT For

If you’re looking for a push-button system that requires little or no effort on your part (they don’t exist by the way) then do not join the One Funnel Away Challenge, it’s not for you.

If you are expecting to build a successful business without investing time and money into your business and your own education then it is not for you.

If you think the coaches will do everything for you, then the Challenge is not for you.

Is The Challenge Doable In 30 Days?

When I first signed up for the Challenge I was under the impression that I’d need to spare about 1 hour a day, maybe 2hrs tops on some days.

But this wasn’t the case….

I can’t remember where I got that idea from, but it seemed that a lot of other people in the One Funnel Away Challenge Facebook group also thought the same thing.

The reality is different, though.

On most days, it will take you at least an hour just to watch the daily videos, including Stephen’s webinar coaching call.

You then gotta do the assignments.

There are some days where the activities won’t take you hardly any time at all. On other days, they may take you an hour or two to complete.

If you’re creating your own products then you will also need to spread out the time needed to do that over several weeks.

If you’ve got some money to pay people to do work for you (as Russell shows) then that’s great, you’ll get them done a lot quicker.

Alternatively, instead of spending money, you can spend your time doing all the work yourself.

When it comes to the weekends, it’s also important to realize that there will be additional activities on some of them, but not all.

There are also some weekends that Russell has reserved to give you a couple of extra catch up days. This is in case you need extra time to watch videos and complete the assignments.

If you’re gonna do the Challenge then I highly recommend keeping your diary as clear as possible for those 30 days.

If you wanna give yourself the best chance you can to have success then it’s best to schedule weekends away or plans with friends and family for the next month.

So, is the One Funnel Away Challenge doable in 30 days? Yes, but you’ll need to focus and commit to it for the 30 day period.

If you’ve already got a business up and running and you already have products then you’ll already be halfway along. If you’re creating a business from scratch then you’ll need more time to create or find assets to sell.

Why I Signed Up For The Challenge

The Challenge can help you to build all kinds of businesses.

It doesn’t matter if you want to create your own digital products, sell other peoples as an affiliate, generate leads for a traditional business like real estate, build an MLM, sell a service or operate a drop-ship model.

However, it seems that most people join to sell their own products.

For me, I didn’t have my own product at the time as my main business model is affiliate marketing.

I signed up because I was interested in expanding my marketing knowledge and wanted to see if there were more effective strategies I could learn that would help me as an affiliate. I also wanted the bonuses and was very curious to see what the coaching was all about.

The cost of the Challenge is so low and I could see straight away that the bonuses alone are worth way more than the $100 they charge to take the Challenge.

What I Like About The Challenge

There are loads of great things about the Challenge. What I like best about it is the way it is structured really makes you focus and get stuff done.

So many people have an idea to get started right online. They are proactive for a few weeks or maybe a few months, but then they lose focus and give up.

It’s also very common that entrepreneurs spend months and sometimes even years, trying to build their business but focus on the wrong things that end up leading to dead ends.

Russell, Julie and Stephen keep you focused every day on the exact things you need to do to give yourself the best chance of success.

What I Don’t Like About The Challenge

There’s really so much in the course that 30 days seems a bit rushed. Personally, I think it would be better to charge more for entry and spread the Challenge over 45 days.

While many people do complete the Challenge and have success on their first go, some people fall behind in the assignments or get distracted by other things. Because of this, I think extra time would be helpful for most people doing the Challenge.

On the flip side, since the One Funnel Away Challenge price is so low many people do it 2 or even 3 times to either complete the steps they didn’t get to or to launch a whole new business.

After all, if you needed to take the Challenge a second time to get everything completed and launched, is $200 really large investment?

While $200 will, of course, mean different things to different people, it is not a lot of money to invest to launch a business.
