Before discovering Systeme.io I had used multiple different all-in-one marketing platforms in the past.

While many of them are great products, some of them are definitely sub-standard and over-priced.

However, I found Systeme.io to be a breath of fresh air. Not only is it extremely user-friendly, it’s also very reasonably priced.

Over the last year I have been using System.io in my business to build out landing pages, sales funnels, run email automation, and set up online courses.

Since I’ve been using Systeme.io in my business myself, I have written about each feature for you below. In this article, I give you my honest opinion of each Systeme.io feature based on my own usage and testing.

With a wide range of templates to choose from, you can customize your funnel to match your branding and messaging in no time.

Systeme.io’s funnel builder integrates with other tools on the platform, like email marketing, the course creator, blog, and e-commerce capabilities. So, it’s super easy to manage everything in one place.

Plus, it’s loaded with advanced features like A/B split testing, upsells, and downsells that will optimize your funnel for maximum conversions.

Based on my firsthand experience, all these features integrate nicely within the Systeme.io ecosystem.

Now, if you’re comparing Systeme.io to ClickFunnels, the most popular funnel builder in the market, Systeme.io has a few advantages.

The Course Creator

With Systeme.io’s course creator, you can easily create and sell online courses without needing a degree in rocket science.

The course creator is designed to be super user-friendly, so even your grandmother can use it. (Assuming, of course, that your grandmother is up to speed on the latest technology. Mine still uses a flip phone.)

One of the biggest benefits of using Systeme.io’s course creator is that it’s an all-in-one platform. That means you don’t need to use multiple tools to create and sell your course. Everything is in one place, from creating the course content to selling it to your adoring fans.

You can even use Systeme.io’s affiliate management system to recruit others to sell your courses for you.

Now, if you’re comparing Systeme.io to Kajabi’s course creator, which is another popular option, there are a few things to consider.

First of all, Systeme.io is more affordable, which is always a plus. And while Kajabi does offer more advanced features, Systeme.io has everything you need to get started with creating and selling courses. Plus, it’s easier to use, which means you won’t spend hours scratching your head and Googling, “what does that button do?”

Email Marketing

My overall experiences with Systeme.io’s email marketing feature are positive. However, there are a few things that I don’t like too much and think that they can be improved.

Firstly, while Systeme.io’s email marketing feature is solid and performs well, it’s important to note that the interface may not be as flashy as some of the other platforms out there.

If you’re someone who values aesthetics and sleek design, you might find that Systeme.io falls a bit short compared to platforms like ActiveCampaign or GetResponse.

Personally, my first impressions of the look and feel of the email marketing dashboard weren’t great, but that’s because I’ve been used to using sleek and highly polished email platforms like GetResponse.

That being said, don’t let System.io’s simple design fool you, like it did me. Where Systeme.io really shines is in its ease of use, automation workflows and deliverability. But I’ll get to that in a moment.

Another slight drawback for me when it comes to Systeme.io’s email feature is the editor. While it is not clunky, like some other platforms out there, it is a bit basic. This isn’t really an issue for me since I send rather simple emails and broadcasts to my list (in terms of aesthetics and layout) anyway. But, if you’re someone who likes to use a lot of images in your emails, then you might find the editor a bit on the basic side.

So, although Systeme.io’s email marketing feature is a little more simplistic than other email marketing platforms, I have found it to be very easy to use, and it has great deliverability. Both are win, wins in my book.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the automation features are versatile and top-notch, making it easy to create personalized, targeted campaigns that will keep your subscribers engaged. And with great deliverability rates, you can trust that your emails will actually make it to your subscribers’ inboxes.

Systeme.io also make it very easy for you to authenticate your sender domains and set up now mandatory authentication protocols like DMARK, SPF, and DKIM. These protocols are now a requirement if you want your emails to land in your subscribers’ inboxes instead of their spam or promotions folders.

Setting up these protocols, although fairly straightforward, can be intimidating to new business owners working online. However, as I said previously, I found the way Systeme.io has you set these protocols up to relatively easy. So, in my opinion, this is another feather in Systeme.io’s cap for ease of use and beginner-friendliness.

So, with Systeme.io’s email marketing tools, it’s easy to run campaigns, send broadcasts, build your email list, and segment your subs.

Personally, I’m also really surprised at the generous email subscriber limits of the Systeme.io pricing plans.

For example, you get a 2,000 subscriber limit with unlimited email sending on the free plan. I mean, who else offers that?! And, on the Unlimited plan you get, well, unlimited everything.

Yep, even unlimited subscribers and email marketing campaigns!

The Website Builder & Blogging Feature

Sure, it might not be as versatile as WordPress, but hear me out: Systeme.io’s website builder and blogging feature is a breeze to use. Seriously, you can have your website up and running in no time – and without needing a degree in computer science to do it.

Not only is it quick to set up, but it also comes with a host of conversion-focused features that will help you turn visitors into customers. Plus, the pages load fast, so your visitors won’t get bored waiting around for your site to load.

And get this: you don’t even have to worry about hosting, because Systeme.io will do it for you. That’s right – you can focus on creating amazing content for your blog without having to worry about the technical stuff, not to mention the extra money you’ll save on website hosting.

Now, I know what you’re thinking – “But wait, what about WordPress? That’s the king of website builders!” And while that might be true, let’s be real here: WordPress can be a pain in the neck to set up and customize.

But what makes Systeme.io’s automation features so great? Well, for starters, it’s incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Even if you’re not a tech wizard, you can set up complex automation workflows with just a few clicks.

Plus, the automation features are super customizable, so you can tailor them to fit your business’s unique needs. And with real-time data tracking, you can see exactly how your automation is performing and make adjustments as needed.

Now, you might be thinking – “Okay, but how does it compare to other automation platforms on the market?” And the answer is: pretty darn well, my friend. Now, you might be thinking – “Okay, but how does it compare to other affiliate program management platforms on the market?” And the answer is: pretty darn well.

Take ThriveCart, for example. It’s a great platform, but it can be pretty overwhelming for someone who’s new to affiliate program management. Systeme.io, on the other hand, is intuitive and straightforward, so you can focus on growing your business instead of wrestling with complicated software.

The Webinar Feature

Webinars are the perfect way to connect with your audience and share your expertise. They’re also dynamite for selling high-ticket products. And lucky for you, Systeme.io has a killer webinar feature that will make your online presentations a lot easier.

Now, before we go any further, my full disclosure here is that up until this point I have been using the Systeme.io Startup plan in my business. This means that I have access to all the Systeme.io features except the webinar feature. So, at this point in time, I have not yet been able to test the webinar feature inside Systeme.io, so this section here on the webinar feature is based on my research and assessing user feedback.

That being said, I’m almost at the point when I will need to upgrade to the next plan of Systeme.io, which is the webinar feature. So, once I have access to this feature, I will be updating my Systeme.io articles to reflect my personal experiences using the webinar feature.

Now I’ve made that clear, let’s continue talking about webinars.

You might think that with such a low price for users, they may be skimping on the support, right? Well, you’d be wrong!

From personal experience, I can tell you firsthand that Systeme.io’s support is excellent!

Their policy is to reply to all customers within 24 hours. However, in many cases so far, I have received help from them within just a few hours.

The support team is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful! And they also don’t use a load of tech jargon that you’re not gonna understand to explain things.

The Systeme.io Marketplace

The Systeme.io marketplace serves as a meeting ground for product creators and affiliate marketers.

For affiliate marketers, if you’re looking for digital products to promote to your audience, then you’ll find a good selection of products in all kinds of niches listed on the marketplace.

I found the drag-and-drop builder to be ridiculously easy to use, even if you’re not a tech whizz, and it’s perfect for setting up high-converting sales funnels or membership sites without breaking a sweat.

What’s handy about ClickFunnels is that it suits a wide range of business models from ecom sellers to digital product creators, to coaches and consultants to affiliate marketers. Yep, if your business model is affiliate marketing, then you can also build affiliate bridge pages with ease, which makes it a great tool for affiliates.

Plus, you get access to FunnelFlix, their training library, which is helpful for brushing up on your marketing chops while building your business.

Kartra is like the upgraded version of Systeme.io – more polished, and more features. That said, bear in mind Kartra will also cost you quite a bit more money that Systeme.io, and it has a much steaper learning curve – it’s not as user-friendly as Systeme.io.

I’ve had a go with Kartra, and what really shines is the platform’s ability to combine a host of tools without needing third-party integrations. You can build landing pages, host your courses, manage affiliate programs, and automate your email marketing—all under one roof.

One of the best features I found is the built-in helpdesk, which isn’t something you see in most platforms, including Systeme.io. This feature is incredibly handy for providing top-notch customer support right from inside your Kartra account.

Kartra’s analytics are also spot on, giving you a detailed look at how your entire funnel is performing.

While Kartra is packed with features, it’s quite a bit pricier compared to Systeme.io. That said, using Kartra makes sense if you’re an established business with a bigger budget. If you’re a beginner, then I’d recommend you stick with Systeme.io.

Kartra also hase a wide range of native integrations. That said, the platform can actually integrate with. retty much anything with the use of Zaper.

SamCart

SamCart is a fantastic option if you’re a product creator or selling your own digital or physical products.

This platform excels at providing a seamless checkout experience that’s super optimized to boost sales – some say up to a whopping 30% increase, which is definitely worth considering.

From my own experience, the checkout process is slick, and the ability to add order bumps and one-click upsells makes it a game-changer for maximising revenue. I also appreciated the analytics features that give you a clear picture of what’s working in your business.

SamCart integrates smoothly with all the popular tools like PayPal, Stripe, and even ApplePay, so your payment options are covered. However, if you’re primarily an affiliate marketer, SamCart won’t be your best bet as it’s really designed for people selling their own products.

I’ve tested it out, and what I loved most was its breadth of features. Whether it’s building a landing page, running a webinar, or even creating chatbots, Builderall has got it all. Their heatmap feature is also quite handy, especially for understanding how visitors are interacting with your site.

That said, bear in mind that Builderall has so many features that it’s highly likely you probably won’t even need all of them. A large amount of features also comes with a steeper learning curve.

If you’re an agency owner, Builderall is definitely worth considering, as it allows you to offer a suite of digital services to your clients.

Like ClickFunnels and Systeme.io, Builderall also useful for affiliate marketers, so if you’re promoting affiliate products, you’ll find all the tools you need here.

That said, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times because it’s absolutely packed with features. But once you get past the initial learning curve, it’s a powerful tool, especially if you’re running multiple aspects of a business.
