Email Whitelist Guide

Please find your email service provider from the list below and follow the simple instructions to ensure you never miss an important email from us!

Gmail

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Gmail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Hover over our email address at the top of the email.
  3. Click “Add to contacts” in the pop-up window.

If Our Email Lands in Promotions or Spam:

  1. Open Gmail and navigate to the “Promotions” tab.
  2. Drag one of our emails to the “Primary” tab.
  3. Release and a message will appear at the bottom asking if you want to do this for future messages. Click “Yes”.

Yahoo

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Click on the email to open it.
  3. Hover over our email address at the top of the email.
  4. Click “Add to contacts” in the pop-up window.

If Our Email Lands in Spam:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and navigate to the “Spam” folder.
  2. Find our email and mark it as “Not Spam”.
  3. Add our email address to your contacts:
    • Click on the email.
    • Click the three dots in the top right corner.
    • Select “Add Sender to Contacts”.

Outlook/Hotmail

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Outlook/Hotmail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Right-click on our email.
  3. Select “Add to Safe Senders”.

If Our Email Lands in Junk Email:

  1. Open Outlook/Hotmail and navigate to the “Junk Email” folder.
  2. Find our email and mark it as “Not Junk”.
  3. Add our email address to your safe senders list:
    • Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
    • Select “View all Outlook settings”.
    • Go to “Mail” > “Junk email”.
    • Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “Add” and enter our email address.

Apple Mail (iOS)

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Apple Mail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Tap on our email address at the top.
  3. Select “Add to VIP” to ensure our emails go to your inbox.

If Our Email Lands in Spam:

  1. Open Apple Mail and find one of our emails.
  2. Tap on the email address at the top.
  3. Select “Add to VIP” to ensure our emails go to your inbox.

Apple Mail (Mac)

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Apple Mail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Right-click on the sender’s email address.
  3. Select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”.

If Our Email Lands in Spam:

  1. Open Apple Mail and find one of our emails.
  2. Right-click on the sender’s email address.
  3. Select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”.

AOL Mail

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open AOL Mail and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Click on the email to open it.
  3. Hover over our email address at the top.
  4. Click “Add Contact” in the pop-up window.

If Our Email Lands in Spam:

  1. Open AOL Mail and navigate to the “Spam” folder.
  2. Find our email and mark it as “Not Spam”.
  3. Add our email address to your contacts:
    • Open the email.
    • Click on the sender’s name and select “Add Contact”.

Thunderbird

If Our Email Is in Your Primary Inbox:

  1. Open Thunderbird and find our email in your inbox.
  2. Right-click on the sender’s email address.
  3. Select “Add to Address Book”.

If Our Email Lands in Spam:

  1. Open Thunderbird and find one of our emails.
  2. Right-click on the sender’s email address.
  3. Select “Add to Address Book”.
